Located in Rancho Mirage across from the River (shops, bars, restraunts). Backyard is a golf course and house is located on a On 27 hole course. 24 hour security. Many pools and hot tubs in the community to enjoy. 30 minute drive from Coachella Valley, 20 minute drive from Palm Springs airport. Close to el paseo, restaurants, shopping mall, downtown.

The communication with the owner was very quick and easy. Great place, really clean, and beautiful spot right on a nice fairway. Nice pool and spa just down the block. Can't wait to come back.
