Each Three Bedroom Suite at Villa La Estancia Los Cabos boasts two master bedrooms – each featuring a king-size bed and complemented by its own master spa bathroom with marble shower, whirlpool tub, and Travertine floor. A third bedroom includes two queen-size beds. Complete with a wet bar and an awe-inspiring view, terraces lead off the bedrooms and into the living/dining room area giving guests the opportunity to truly appreciate the splendor of our luxurious accommodations and the beauty of Los Cabos. Fully equipped kitchens complete the "home away from home" ambience.

REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

ADDITIONAL NOTE: If you are interested in deep discounts for spa or excursions or other resort-based activities, that is available if you are willing to attend a 90-minute “sales presentation” but totally option/not required. But I must submit your name after a reservation confirmation for you to access this optional benefit.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 31 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.
