Rustic, charming cottage nestled in the woods yet steps from your private Sound beach. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the water and great swimming as well as kayaking and fishing. This Cottage is in a much more private, quiet and wooded area than other nearby communities. Updgraded stainless steel appliances and new washer and dryer. Spend the day at the Sound then grill your dinner on the deck! Mere minutes from the Riverhead Cider House, North Fork vineyards, farms, restaurants, golf, Splish splash water park and Tanger Outlet Mall. This is a unique, community comprised of mid-century cottages and homes offering a serene escape yet just a short ride to the Hamptons. Two bedrooms and a full size futon in the living room allows for six guests. Cottage has air conditioning (window units) as well as heat.

Just gorgeous

Lovely little cottage with all we could need, and just moments from the beautiful beach that was almost always empty! We had the most wonderful stay here it was just great.

It would have been helpful if there were photos of the property--outside and in. The setting was idyllic, and the cottage very comfortable. Unfortunately the bathroom and the kitchen left much to be desired. Shower was dark, old and not pleasant; kitchen was tiny and not conducive to doing much cooking. I'm a cook and like to entertain so this was an issue for me, maybe not for everyone. Great bonus was washer/dryer. Also host was great...very communicative, kind and helpful. With the caveat of the small kitchen, I would highly recommend this property.

Charming Beach Cottage

The cottage is very charming and cozy . It's walking distance to the beach , shopping malls, local farms, restaurants and vineyards. Mary was very responsive.and charming.host. We had a fabulous time.
