Casa Alta is a typically luxury rustic-chic Pueblo house, lovely independent house located in the oldest part of historic Mojácar village with great views of the Almazora Valley, Vera bay and over the village. The house has sitting room with open fire, kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom Traditionally and comfortably furnished, with total area of more 100 square metres, it has its own private entrance from the street and there is a conservatory, a terraza and a little garden with aromatic herbs, the large pretty terrace is accessed directly from the lounge, making it perfect for outdoor dining and general relaxation. Casa Alta well furnished with a mix of traditional and modern.
Mojacar enjoys various festivals, fiestas and activities are abundant. You can enjoy swimming, walking and cycling or if you prefer pure relaxation and quiet evenings on the terrace or strolling around the village.

Estancia magnífica

La casa es maravillosa para unas tranquilas vacaciones, a pesar del barullo de la zona en estas fechas: silenciosa y vistas espectaculares (puestas de sol incluídas). Perfectamente equipada para sentirse como en casa. Su propietario es encantador. Cien por cien recomendable si tu idea es estar en el pueblo, ya que, para ir a la playa, tendrás que coger el coche, lo que no es problema, pues la casa dispone de garaje.

The house is perfectly situated to afford panoramic views of the both the sea and back over the village and the surrounding mountains. It´s a fantastic place!

What makes this property unique

The village has been the focal point of many writers and artists over the centuries that were attracted by the white-washed houses and cobbled streets that overlook several miles of sandy beach known as Mojácar Playa. This sandy beach resort offers activities such as sailing, fishing and a variety of watersports and is the modern counterpart to the more traditional Mojácar village, although the two areas are just 2km apart. Mojácar enjoys warm temperatures year round with very little rainfall.
