Vast house without opposite fitted out to rest, calm, bright, comfort and cleanliness guaranteed; 50 m² terrace facing south, enclosed garden, garage in winter; car park. In a village in the heart of the Massif des Bauges (700 m), all amenities located 5 minutes by car. Warm environment. Relaxing discovery of the Bauges in summer and winter: hiking, swimming at the Lescheraines leisure center located 10 minutes away, cycling, mountain biking, alpine skiing, Nordic skiing. Snow stadium of Margériaz at 20 minutes. Perfectly equipped modern kitchen: oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, LV, LL. Large living room with sofa; central heating and wood stove. Two large bedrooms with in total: 2 double beds (140) of excellent quality, 1 single bed (90) comfortable extra, 1 cot high chair bath if necessary. The beds are made. Supply of bathroom linen (2 towels per person), table and service.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à La Motte en Bauges. La maison était très confortable et bien placée à une vingtaine de minutes des stations d'Aillon-Margeriaz. Nous avons profité des très beaux paysages des Bauges, avec le soleil en prime !

Parfait pour une semaine en famille. Équipement pour bébé complet, super pratique, terrasse top pour l'été. Ideal pour des vacances.

Good place

La maison est confortable et idéalement située. Pas de tele, pas d'internet sont les seuls points éloignés de mon standard, mais l'annonce était claire sur le sujet, pas de regret. Super literie, cuisine et salle de bain très fonctionnelles. Propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique.

Maison ancienne où se mêlent les meubles anciens (salle à manger/chambres) et des plus récents (salle de bain et cuisine). Une grande terrasse avec store électrique permet les repas à l'extérieur, au calme, face à la montagne. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, à l'écoute. Draps et serviettes fournies sont un grand plus.
