This pleasant and modern 2-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. It comprises a spacious living room with warm furnishings and decor opening onto a balcony with a distant sea view, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The hallway has a closet, as do the two bedrooms, shower room, and separate WC. A significant advantage of the apartment is the inclusion of two private parking spaces and a private bicycle storage area.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
