Comfortable architect villa in an authentic village 100 meters from the beach with a large heated pool in season. Southern exposure. A yard allows you to have lunch in the shade or under cover. Large table that can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The house is equipped with comfortable outdoor chairs and armchairs, an outdoor coffee table, armchairs and a parasol. Plancha available. The furniture and decoration are neat and of quality.

Premiers locataires de cette très belle villa

Premiers locataires, nous avons passé un séjour bien agréable dans une villa conforme à la description. Toutes les prestations sont de très haut niveau, rien à redire sur la cuisine, les literies, la déco, l'accueil par la gérante et un grand merci pour la piscine chauffée, d'une propreté irréprochable. Veillez cependant à bien lire toutes les lignes de l'annonce pour s'éviter quelques surprises: caution débitée 1 mois avant le départ (1800€), 5€ par personne supplémentaire et par jour dès la 5éme personne? (location annoncée pour 10) et un supplément prévu pour les draps, torchons et serviettes. Merci à Jean Philippe pour sa disponibilité et réactivité. Villa à recommander en toute connaissance de cause.

La maison est conforme à la description. Elle est très agréable et confortable, rien ne manque. Wifi haut débit, télé dans toutes les chambres, Netflix dans le salon apprécié pour notre séjour en hiver.
