Located in Chillicothe, this holiday home is in a rural area. Majestic Theatre and Ross County Heritage Center are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Great Seal State Park and Scioto Trail State Park. Pump House Center for the Arts and Adena Mansion & Gardens are also worth visiting. Kayaking and power boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and horse riding nearby.
The host husband came in the house unannounced with another woman and ate food from the fridge took a shower and did some laundry. She was out of town so I guess he was having a little fun. Then she had us evicted and we didn’t get a refund.
We were in town for a family reunion. This was a great, comfortable home. We had 22 relatives come to the house the day after the reunion. There was plenty of space to accommodate everyone.
This home is in a quiet, beautiful location. The antiques and decor are both beautiful and meaningful as history is displayed throughout the home. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, quick to respond to our questions. We would highly recommend this home.

Thank you for the kind words. We would love to have you back anytime.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! While it’s a little hidden off the road, it’s a beautiful property out in the country and our hosts were lovely! We had 4 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable staying here. Brand new front patio with a fire pit is gorgeous at night. Front patio get a a nice breeze and hummingbirds. Full kitchen worked out great! Thank you for the hospitality!

We loved the farm house and my friend Cheryl loved your dog. If she could have gotten Harley on the motorcycle she would have. Lol

Quiet location
Very quiet location, Nearby downtown Chillicothe shops, restaurants and park were lovely and only few miles away. Many major retailers on other side of town for a close go to for supplies.
Nancy made us feel welcome to her property and was a phone call away for questions. Wonderful get away in difficult times
