This attractive and cozy apartment, recently completely renovated, is located a few steps from the Basilica of La Sagrada Familia, a masterpiece of famous architect Antoni Gaudi, in Barcelona's Eixample district. The apartment is located 1.8 km from Plaza Catalunya, the heart of the city and is in a well connected by public transport.
The apartment 40m2 surface, is located on the 2nd floor (third royal floor) in a building with elevator. Design loft in a uniform and open space whose rooms are delimited by shelves, the only closed room is the bathroom. The original floor tiles hidrahulicas colors and vaulted ceiling gives the space a special charm. It sleeps 4 people, a double bed and a sofa bed for two people, and are available as follows:
Entering the apartment, we find the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, separated from the bedroom by lockers and a bookshelf. Has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob to cook comfortably, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils for cooking just like you would at home. The dining area consists of a table, chairs and a beautiful large stone bench. In the living room is the sofa bed with double mattress for two people and a TV and a DVD for moments of entertainment.
The bedroom, separated from the living area by shelves and kitchen cabinets, features a large double bed. From there you access to a spacious bathroom with oversized shower.

HOUSE RULES:
- Not allowed to accommodate more guests than those referred to confirm the reservation.
- Respect the content and container from the apartment.
- It must be kept clean and to respect all elements of the common areas. In this sense, he will make sure to close the door of the access portal to the street in his exits and entrances.
- Respect the maximum capacity of people established for the elevator.
- Respect the neighbors. It is not allowed to make loud noises that might disturb from 22h until 8am.
- Are not allowed to have parties.
- Only smoke on the balconies is allowed.
- No drugs allowed.
- All equipment and machines in the apartment must function properly. If not, I will do my best to fix it urgently. But no refund will be issued.
- Failure to comply with these rules of coexistence that results in damage or harm to the community or to housing will imply total loss of the amount deposited as a deposit.
- When the Check in is after 22:00 a supplement of € 20 will be charged which will be paid in cash with the delivery of keys.

PRACTICAL TIPS
Close the apartment door with a key every time you go out to visit the city. To close the apartment door securely, turn the key clockwise twice.
