The house consists of a large living room facing south with a seating area and a pellet stove that makes it very pleasant all year. This very bright room thanks to its two large windows opens onto a terrace and a fully enclosed patio, without vis-à-vis.
Night side, 3 spacious bedrooms with new bedding:
- A master bedroom (bed 160) with an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet
- A second bedroom (bed 140)
- A third room for children with two bunk beds and a trundle bed.

On foot or by car you can enjoy 1 km from a beautiful beach with an ideal part for fishing on foot and a beautiful bay for swimming both at low tide and high tide. From Easter to All Saints' Day, on the way you will find a nice restaurant where you can pick up pizzas to take away. Adjacent to this restaurant a bar organizes evenings during the summer season.
Off season, 10 minutes by car you will find a market in Chéray and all the shops in Saint Pierre d'Oléron.

Come relax at the ocean and enjoy beautiful bike rides to discover the different beaches of the island (surfing, swimming, fishing on foot), its salt marshes, its heritage (lighthouse Chassiron, villages traditional ...) and its gastronomy (oysters, éclade, pineau ...) or simply farnienter.
