Lovely waterfront gulf access home in SW Cape Coral awaits you. 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms will ensure everyone is comfortable. The lanai and screen covered heated pool will keep you cool under the warm Florida sun while keeping the bugs out.

The house is fully equipped and has a newly renovated kitchen. Beautiful gulf access home with pool and a 2 car garage. The kitchen and bathroom vanities are newly renovated in 2018. All new beds and bedding as of 2018! Home features high ceilings in the common areas and 1,700 square feet of living area.

The kitchen comes with cooking essentials. There are beach toys, chairs, bicycles, and 3 kayaks available to use!

Easy check-in the day of arrival!
Close to entertainment: lots of bars, restaurants, & beaches.

Wonderful Flirty Flamingo

The Flirty Flamingo was wonderful. It had everything we needed for a great vacation. Amanda responded to our questions quickly and provided helpful suggestions for our stay in Cape Coral. The location of the property itself was ideal as grocery stores and attractions were close by. We really enjoyed all that the house had to offer - we swam in the pool, kayaked on the canal, fished off of the dock, and toured the neighborhood using the provided bikes. Overall, the Flirty Flamingo was a blast and we hope to be back there in the future!

Perfect Stay

We had another perfect stay at the Flirty Flamingo. The house is located in a good location, convenient to great restaurants and other other amenities and not far from beaches and other attractions, but the neighborhood is still quiet enough to enjoy some peace and quiet beside the pool. The house has everything you need to stay for a week or longer. The owners are very easy to work with. This is one of the best properties I've rented and I would definitely stay here again!

Great holiday stay!

This is our second time here. We had a great holiday here and look forward to next year! The owners are very responsive to any concerns. We used the kayaks this year which was a great way to explore the canals. The pool area is absolutely perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Beds are comfortable and when you pull the dark curtains in the master you get to sleep in! :)

Beautiful peaceful home

We had a wonderful stay at the Flirty Flamingo. Everything is just as described, clean, and updated. The heated pool, kayaks, and fishing poles provided all day entertainment for our children and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is peaceful and multiple grocery stores are nearby. Stay at the Flirty Flamingo the next time you travel to the Ft Myers area and you won’t regret it!

The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a month long stay. It was in a great location away from the large spring break crowds but close to great restaurants and other attractions in the area. Perfect vacation home

Would definitely recommend this lovely property with everything you could need in a home away from home. My husband loved the fishing while I spent my time at the pool. Location is so close to many restaurants and places to shop. Amanda was great to work with and we would definitely stay here again.
