YOU WILL LOVE THIS CONDO!
Yes, we were completely destroyed by Hurricane Ian, but we are being fully restored, back and better!
Our condo is a main floor beach front unit, so you simply walk out the lanai and you are steps from the pool, spa, BBQ grills and of course, the beach! And no having to lug your suitcases or beach toys up and down the elevator. The condo has been completely remodeled with new furniture, appliances and new floor plan! The kitchen is complete with anything you need to prepare meals if you decide not to take advantage of any of the wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes of EBC. The bedrooms and baths are complete with sheets and towels, so you only need your personal items for a wonderful vacation.


Reservations are Saturday-Saturday and exceptions are made on a case by case basis.

Rental Deposit = $500 Per Week Off Season Reservation
Rental Deposit = $1,250 Per Week Peak Season Reservation
No Damage Deposit/Honor System
$175 Cleaning Fee

Estero Beach Club Nonrefundable Registration Fee:
$100 7-13 Day Reservation OR
$150 14+ Days Reservation
This is paid directly to the rental office and submitted with your signed Rental Agreement.

Full payment is due 60 days before arrival.
Full refund if cancelled 60 days before arrival.
This condo accommodates 4 guests
Primary renter must be over 25 years old.
No smoking or pets of any kind.
$750 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who smokes or brings an animal of any kind into this condominium.
Housekeepers and management immediately report evidence of pets or smoke.

Perfect & convenient

Estero Beach Club is a great vacation get-away. Marti is in top of checking in and communication. Our condo was updated and cutely decorated. It is also very convenient to the beach.

Shhhh, keep this one a secret.

This was so comfortable, updated and just what we were hoping for. The whole property is spotless with the best management I've ever seen. Walk right out the lanai to the pool, then to the beach. Best stretch of beach on the island. Far enough away from crowds but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Would definitely book this again. Rented bikes and rode everywhere, went fishing in estero bay and caught so many fish we lost count. Booked a sailing trip but no wind, still enjoyed the scenery. We got so lucky with this booking!

Was a beautiful beach house and great location. We had such a great time there. Place was very clean and owners were wonderful to work with. Hope to rent this again when we visit Fort Meyers again.

Wonderful trip

We really enjoyed our trip to Fort Myers Beach. The condo we stayed in was beautiful and as expected. We loved that it was on the ground floor. We had exceptional care from property manager and owner Deb! The beach is phenomenal! There are lots of rules for the condo pool and hot tub, But don’t let that stop you from booking this condo! The property is close to many places to eat as well as bars and things to do. There is a main grocery store on the island which was very helpful. The island also has a trolley that you can hop on for free to go to most places. It was super busy when we were there because of spring break. Where do we go back? Absolutely! We would probably just choose a different time of the year.

We have spent every Christmas here since we started coming, with our son has grown up celebrating Christmas here, now we are watching our young grandsons getting to experience the same. In 2019 that became possible and we were able to take possession of our condo and are excited to share it with you.
