Located 50m from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, near the famous Negresco, pleasant 3 room apartment completely renovated of 43m², on the 3rd floor without lift. The accommodation consists of a small bedroom with a double bed and another small bedroom with a single bed. Accommodation for 3 people.
