Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but 8 'on foot or a few pedal strokes from the beach on shaded paths, take advantage of this charming 2 / 3p 26m² air-conditioned studio, terrace, private parking, bicycle storage, in a small residence adjoining the playground (aquatic complex, lake, tennis, etc.).
You will have: a real 140 bed with quality mattress; an extra bed for a child or young adult; a kitchen area with fridge / freezer, hotplates, microwave, coffee maker; everything you need for maintenance.
All shops nearby. The owners, RBNB superhosts, are on site and will welcome you. Possibility of boat departure with the owner (towed buoy, wakeboard possible) to the huge fine sandy beach of Espiguette, at an additional cost.
