This is a charming single level one bedroom apartment with no stairs and one off-street parking spot. There is a smart TV with Roku so you can link to all your streaming sites for your watching enjoyment. This cozy home is fully equipped for creating meals, having fun and has everything you need for a great vacation.

You will love amenities like a kitchen for gourmet meals, a nice size bedroom with a comfy pillow-top queen size bed, walk-in closet and full bath. Coffee and tea are also included for your enjoyment. My flat also has a lovely full bath with tub and shower so you can renew, refresh and take on the town. There are several parks, with kids play areas, tennis and disc golf within easy walking distance.

Located in a lovely residential neighborhood in downtown Flagstaff, this is an end unit in a 4-plex along with 3 other full-time vacation rentals. Check availability for larger groups - or extend your stay in another one of our beautiful Cottages.

Please note that this property is limited to 2 guests - this includes children. With advance notice at the time of booking, I may allow visitors. There may be an additional cleaning fee depending on circumstances. If there are more than 2 guests staying in the property or there are additional visitors without prior approval, you agree to forfeit your entire security deposit.

This is a very nice neighborhood in the downtown area and close to everything. There are parks, library, restaurants, shopping, NAU, the train station, Lowell Observatory and the urban trail system nearby.

There is one off street parking spot for your car. Bring your bike and ride the trails. UBER, Lyft, and taxis are also available. Bring your walking shoes as you are close to everything.

- - Only room for 1 parking spot additional parking on street during the summer months only.
- - Quiet hours before 7 AM and after 10 PM
- We expect guests to be courteous and respectful. Please return things where you found them and clean up after yourselves. Turn down the heater, close the windows and door when not occupied.
- Please only flush toilet paper - no paper towels or feminine products, etc.
- -If you smoke, do drugs, throw away used cigarette butts inside the home, have animals, or have extra guest than you booked for or allowed you agree to automatically lose your deposit.
