Lovely quiet townhouse close to downtown Flagstaff and NAU. This home offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. There is a patio with table, chairs and a propane grill. There is a well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The internet is 400 mbps so staying connected is easy. There is a smart TV and a gas fireplace for those chilly nights, central A/C for the hot summer days. The urban trail and Buffalo park are a walk away. Sedona is approximately an hour away. Grand Canyon south rim is 79 miles away. Plenty to do in the area, The Nordic village offers plenty of year round adventures, and the Flagstaff extreme park is great for an obstacle course challenge. Two rooms have queen beds, the third room has a set of twin beds.

Weekend stay

In town for a wedding. I selected this property mainly for it’s convenient location to wedding events. It turned out to be so much more. Size was more than adequate for three adults. Also very well stocked as if the host had anticipated our every need.

Condo was clean, just the right size, enough bathrooms, lovely patio. Only thing that I was missing was air conditioning, I just didn’t read everything that was offered in description of the property. Nights were a little warm for us, but we managed.

You will love this place!

Property was comfortable, nicely decorated and convenient to everything in Flagstaff. The breezes that swept through the house kept the townhome cool. No air-conditioning. Plenty of fans and breezes instead. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed.needed.wffneeded to cook in

Will Stay Again

Had a lovely stay in Flagstaff; townhouse was very comfortable once we figured out how to battle the 'heat.' Having never been to the area before, we didn't realize that most places do not have AC so once we opened the windows and followed the 'beat the heat' guidance in the home, we were very comfortable. With so much to do in the area, we mostly spent the evenings and nights in the home and were out and about during the day. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit and we'll definitely be back!

Just ok

We were tired upon arrival. Driveway so narrow a bit difficult unloading baggage. I should preface I am in the hospitality industry with very high standards. First I went in to wash my hands in the kitchen and the soap dispenser was "caked" in old smelly soap. First turn off. There was a dog bowl with water in it leading me to believe the house had not been thoroughly cleaned. Next, there was dog food in the freezer and condiments in refrigerator leading me to believe maybe someone lived here full time? Floor is tile and grout and duvets in tile were black. Furniture a little worn and soft Again I am in the industry with high expectations. Good points, the house has good air circulation and mattress in bedrooms were comfortable. We could not find parking for my daughter (second car) so that was inconvenient. Cute Halloween decorations. Price was inexpensive but again disappointed in the overall cleanliness.

Thank you for your feedback. Found that with a narrow driveway it’s easier to back in. It eliminates having to walk around the open doors. There are usually extra parking spots behind the house. As a courtesy, I have condiments in the fridge for my guests. I will have the tile floor grout cleaned. Glad you were happy with the beds. Hope you enjoyed your visit to Flagstaff

Peaceful Snow trip

My husband & I brought our kiddos on our annual snow trip. This home was very clean and smelled clean also. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. There were games in the cup board for us as a family to play together with. The backyard was a nice size for my two kids to have a little snowball fight. We loved the fireplace kept us warm and cozy. When trying to reach Patricia for information she responded very quickly. The home was about 15 minutes away from the Flagstaff Snow Park which is where we took our kids so wasn’t far at all. The home is also located a few minutes away from a Fry’s grocery store which was perfect. I really enjoyed this home and the host was great we definitely would stay here again.

Lovely place

The host was super responsive. The house had everything we needed and more. We stayed in the winter time and the fireplace was just so very cozy. There was plenty of space for us, and the neighborhood had a park close by for the kids. Flagstaff has lots of good eats!

This 1200+ sf townhouse feels very spacious. It is great for getting away for a few days or a longer stay. It's near the FUTS, so exploring by bike was easy and fun. The stairs and second floor are now solid flooring, as the owner mentioned would occur in response to a previous review. I have seasonal allergies, so it was a challenge to have the windows open the entire time. I will rent during cooler weather when I can keep the windows closed.
