The house, all on the ground floor, is located in the middle of a beautiful pine forest and is about 300 meters from the sea. easily walkable and consists of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds (or 2 single beds), main bathroom (with sink, toilet, bidet and shower inside), a second bathroom (with sink , WC, washing machine and access to outdoor shower with hot water), kitchen and living room (with sofa bed option in the living room), garden with barbecue and double parking inside the condominium.

The house is complete with every comfort and also equipped with WI-FI modem (on line 4G rechargeable), Bluetooth speaker box, microwave oven, toaster, water kettle, bottle warmer, washing machine, hair dryer, cot, TV with terrestrial decoder , Sky antenna and decoder, air conditioning, outdoor shower with hot water, n. 2 bikes for adults and 3 other bikes for children, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron, sheets and towels, possible cleaning service and weekly change of sheets, towels, are also available various games for children, 2 umbrellas, 2 chairs and 2 sunbeds for the beach.

Eine bare Katastrophe! Wir mussten das Haus nach 2 Tagen verlassen, da ein wohnen darin unmöglich war. Die Schlafzimmer haben keine Fenster 5 Abfallkübel in der Küche? Es ist eine Zumutung, ein solches Haus zu vermieten. In der Küche waren auch Spuren von Mäusen gefunden. Der Schlüssel mussre nach unserem Wegzug abgegeben werden, da der Vermieter mit Anwalt gedroht hat. Gerne erwarten wir auf einen Vorschlag betreffend Rückerstattung , Bildmaterial vorhanden. I.N

Schöne Auszeit mit Kind

Wir waren zu dritt (m+f+k1,5j) von Ende Mai bis Mitte Juni da. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vorallem der Gastgeber Matteo war sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer geholfen wo er konnte. Wir haben noch ein bisschen die Vorsaison erwischt und das Leben in den Gatet Communitys geht erst Mitte Juni so richtig los. Ansonsten ist der Strand mit Bar zauberhaft, für Kinder gibt es genügend Spielmöglichkeiten (Spielplatz, Trampolin, Tennisplatz, Basketballplatz, etc). Die nächste Ortschaft, Pula, ist ca. 15 Autominuten von Calaverde entfernt und eignet sich perfekt zum Essengehen und Bummeln. In der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt und am Eingang der Ferienanlage ist ein Supermarkt. Fazit: Wunderschönes Urlaubsdomizil, ruhig gelegen mit allem was man braucht - Ideal in der Saison mit Kindern!

Schlichtes Häuschen mit viel Schatten und einen schönen Strand in der Nähe

Matteos Haus liegt in einem Feriendorf welches überwiegend von einheimischen genutzt wird. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die zahlreiche Bäume bieten viel Schatten und sind optisch sehr schön. Außerdem gibt es einen schönen gepflegten Kinderspielplatz. Der Strand ist sauber und das Wasser herrlich klar. Auch am Wochenende findet man hier ausreichend Platz. Das Haus selber ist sauber, schlicht und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Matteo hat viele Dinge des Alltags im Haus zur Verfügung gestellt so das man nicht viel Extras wie Salz und Öl kaufen muss. Ein paar bequeme Stühle im Außenbereichen wären noch wünschenswert gewesen aber ansonsten war alles vor Ort. Matteo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Très bon séjour

Maison simple mais très bien équipée, située dans un joli parc de pins et à 4 minutes à pied d'une très jolie plage. La maison était très propre. Matteo, le propriétaire, était très attentif à notre bien-être durant nos vacances. C'était un très bon séjour.

A fantastic base for Southern Sardinia

We really enjoyed our stay at Matteo’s holiday home. Spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. A short walk to the beach which wasn’t crowded compared to others near by. The house is in a lovely tree shaded community with a small supermarket, playground and pool. Matteo was most welcoming and kind. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Une maison de famille

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Donatella. Maison au milieu des pins et proche de la plage. Maison dans un ensemble résidentiel très bien équipé avec piscine, pizzeria et supérette à proximité on se sent invité dans cette maison vivante mais un peu juste pour sept personnes. Matteo est très disponible et répond rapidement à toutes les demandes

Je suis désolé de ne pas avoir connu la personne de Fabrice et ses amis, ma mère Donatella était très heureux d'avoir des gens charmants, courtois, poli qui a retourné la maison bien rangée et propre. J'espère avoir la possibilité de les loger et de les rencontrer personnellement dans l'avenir. Conseils fortement à tous les propriétaires qui ont la possibilité de les loger.

Matteo è un ottimo ospite, attento e accurato. Al nostro arrivo ci ha dato molte informazioni utili e consigli e dopo la partenza mi ha anche spedito quello che avevo dimenticato in casa! La casa è molto funzionale, l'aria condizionata si è rivelata utilissima in un agosto bollente! Il comprensorio è comodo e tenuto molto bene, con spiaggia libera e con un piccolo stabilimento (in cui è meglio prenotare in anticipo, soprattutto ad agosto!).

Great house in Paradise, Calaverde!

In Calaverde we rested at the end of may to mid-June. ( 4 adults and 4 children). The house is located in a heavenly place in Calaverde among the pines. The house description and photos fully correspond to the description on the website. The reality was even better than the photo. The house has everything you need: microwave, washing machine, iron with Board, Hairdryer and even a toaster, which we were very happy. The house was very clean had all the necessary toiletries and cleaning supplies, there were also plenty of towels. The location of the house is very good, as it is close to supermarket, beautiful beach, Playground and from the port. The beach and sea - just gorgeous. Itself the hostess of the house, Matteo, very friendly, nice, sympathetic, generous, very attentive and always ready to help in any matter. During our vacation were the adventure in which Matteo helped us a lot! I will surely recommend him and his lovely house!

Vacanza rilassante

Io e la mia famiglia (due adulti e 3 bambini) siamo appena rientrati da una rilassante vacanza a Calaverde. La casa corrisponde a quanto indicato nell'annuncio: si tratta di una piccola villetta a schiera all'interno di un comprensorio molto ben curato, all'interno di una pineta. La casa porta qualche segno del tempo e forse ci vorrebbe qualche piccola miglioria (ad esempio un televisore con decoder per chi non ha Sky) ma è dotata davvero di tutto: dal microonde al tostapane, alla lavatrice, all'aria condizionata (anche se non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno), ai prodotti per la pulizia. Il proprietario, Matteo, è stato davvero gentilissimo e ci ha messo a disposizione anche giochi per bambini, sedia e obrellone per la spiaggia. Inoltre erano presenti seggiolone, lettino e stoviglie per bimbi piccoli. La spiaggia di Calaverde si raggiunge con una breve passeggiata e le spiaggie più belle di questa zona (Chia, Tueredda) sono a pochi minuti di auto. All'ingresso della Comunione Calaverde c'è un market molto ben fornito, raggiungibile facilmente anche a piedi. Lo consiglio a chi ha voglia di una vacanza tranquilla, con tutte le comodità di un appartamento in una posizione strategica!

Nella casa è già presente un decoder digitale terrestre per chi non ha Sky e durante l'inverno, come di consueto, sarà mia cura migliorare, rinnovare, e rendere sempre più confortevole la casa con qualche lavoro di manutenzione e con qualche cambio di mobili e arredi nuovi. Gli ospiti sono persone molto cordiali e simpatici, oltre ad aver restituito la casa in ordine e pulita. Spero di poterli ospitare anche in futuro. Consiglio vivamente a tutti i proprietari che hanno la possibilità di ospitarli.

la casa de Matteo es muy linda, tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para la estadía, esta en un barrio muy tranquilo y lindo. Matteo es un gran host, siempre muy atento para ayudar en lo que uno necesite. super recomendada!!

Bonne opportunité !

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour dans cette location. Le "village" de Calaverde est bien situé, plutot calme, la plage est en accés immédiat et est tres agréable et peu fréquentée. Nous avions fait le choix de nous passer de voiture, ce qui est donc possible si on veut pas trop bouger. Un super market se situe tout prêt, et on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut a des prix raisonnables. Arret de bus devant le village, pour bouger un peu. Le logement est bien équipé, bien situé, le propriétaire est très accueillant et très arrangeant. Le seul petit bémol c'est la piscine, qui n'est pas génial (pas tres bien entretenue, horraires réduits, pas de possibilité de s'y poser et accés payant, mais cela est largement compensée par la plage qui est jolie et tout pret!

Ottima sistemazione per chi ha bambini. Posto tranquillo, all'interno di un "condominio" verde con villette di prorietà, zona condominiale recintata e con guardiola all'ingresso. Accesso al mare diretto con una passeggiata di 5 minuti. Bellissima la spiaggia anche se ogni tanto vale la pena di spostarsi per potere godere della bellezza di altre spiagge in zona. I proprietari cono veramente cordiali, disponibili e attenti. La casa è estremamente funzionale, completa di qualsiasi cosa si possa avere bisogno. Siamo stati molto bene!
