 The Freestanding cottage Has A own kitchen, 1 bathroom, living room, with amazing views.

 There is a spacious bathroom, a kitchenette, and a cozy living area .the bedroom is comfortable with a king-size bed double bed. The bathroom is ensuite. (We have a baby cot available for a child aged about 2 years). In the whole cottage Floor heating ...

Coffee and tea are always available, similarly the usual herbal.
The beds are made and bath sheets, towels and kitchen towels are included,
2 bikes are included in the price! You can use oure May ook kanoes if They are not used.
In this beautiful area you can spend hours bobbing on the water.
The many cycling and hiking trails start from your cottage. with it's cute historic villages,
Bicycle and walking routes are present. Also many other area information.
with a private veranda lying right near the waterfront with open view over the countryside and next to the canal That leads straight into the nature and cute villages!
The village is just 15 minutes from Amsterdam and 15 minutes from the famous fishing village of Volendam or Marken with his beatiful in style built houses.
There are 2 golf courses nearby
There is public transportation 6 minutes in waling distance from your cotage ....
Or how about a visit to the cheese market in Edam or a trip the Zaanse Schans, with its old windmills, ... this breaks That All close near our village Broek in Waterland.
Within 15 minutes you are in Amsterdam .Amsterdam Has A lot to offer, magnificent architecture, stores and boutiques. ook visits the many museums we recommend the Van Gogh Museum, the Maritime and the Anne Frank house.
In the village are a Pancakehouse and 2 other good restaurants.

Bezaubernde Lage direkt am Wasser. Vom Wohnzimmer aus herrlicher Ausblick über einen von Wasservögeln belebten Kanal hinweg auf weite Wiesen mit Schafen und Ziegen. Und doch ist Amsterdam ganz nah und mit dem sehr häufig verkehrenden Bus in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Perfekte Lage also: Wohnen im ländlichen Idyll und die Großstadt doch fast nebenan.Hervorragende Ausstattung, es mangelt an nichts. Sogar ein kleines Boot, mit dem man direkt vom Haus aus durch die Wasserlandschaft rudern kann, sowie Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Broek in Waterland ist ein kleiner, ungemein schöner Ort.Die Gastgeber haben uns regelrecht bezaubert. Allerfreundlichste Betreuung, vollkommen reibungslose Kommunikation; auf eine sehr kurzfristige Buchungsanfrage hin wurde sofort geantwortet.Alles in allem: ein wunderbarer Ort. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

The hosts were very communicative and friendly and provided a lot of information about the area. The property was very clean and peaceful with a wonderful location close to Amsterdam. The bus station was a short walk away, which made navigating very easy.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in einem Anbau zum Haupthaus, wo die Vermieter leben. Lage sehr ruhig und idyllisch, kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. In der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf einen Kanal und die Natur mit Pferden, Schafen und Enten. Fußbodenheizung sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen.

Sehr schönes, da direkt an einem Kanal gelegenes Quartier und sehr freundliche und zugewandte Gastgeber waren die Attribute unseres Aufenthaltes. Für Hobbyangler ist das Quartier bestens geeignet, da man direkt am Kanal fischen kann. Wir empfehlen es unbedingt weiter. Danke George und Lina.

Wunderschön, morgends Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Besuch von Enten, Haubentaucher, Wasserhühner usw. herrlich durch die Wiesen mit dem Fahrrad nach Amsterdam fahren ( 1h bis zur City) oder auch nach Edamund. Den Tag entspannt wieder auf der Terasse am Wasser ausklingen lassen.

Knus huisje waterzicht rust puur geluk

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit knusse vakantiehuisje aan het water in Broek in Waterland. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen voelden we ons meteen thuis: het huisje is sfeervol ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen verblijf.De ligging is werkelijk prachtig – direct aan het water, met een adembenemend uitzicht dat je elk moment van de dag anders verrast. ’s Ochtends genoten we van een kop koffie op het terras, terwijl de eenden rustig voorbij dreven, en ’s avonds was het hier betoverend stil.De omgeving is perfect voor mooie wandelingen en fietstochten, en het pittoreske dorpje Broek in Waterland ligt op loopafstand. Ook Amsterdam is makkelijk bereikbaar, maar wij hebben vooral genoten van de rust en charme hier.Kortom: een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een gezellig, comfortabel en bijzonder plekje aan het water. We komen hier zeker terug!

Gorgeous property, very clean and comfortable. Being able to borrow the bikes at no extra cost was wonderful.It was extremely hot when we arrived and the next day so we very much appreciated the air conditioning.Having a car would be better than on foot as we were, but the bus to the city wasn’t too difficult. Wonderful hosts, attentive and caring yet allowed us privacy.I would definitely stay here again if we were back to Amsterdam.May I recommend a visit to Utrecht, as I absolutely loved it. I also thoroughly enjoyed the lighthouse at Marken. I cycled there but my teenage daughter declined the offer, it was a tough ride but I am very glad I went. Absolutely gorgeous.Thank you George and Lia :)

Gut ausgestattetes kleines Ferienhaus

Alles war sehr unkompliziert, die Gastgeber sehr nette Menschen. Das Haus war gut ausgstattet, vor allem das große Bad war schön (wäre noch schöner mit einem Fön gewesen).Fahrräder und ein Kanu, mit dem man auf dem, direkt an der Terrasse gelegenen Kanal fahren kann, standen zur Verfügung.Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Broek. Alles war wie vorher beschrieben. Lia und George sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Besonders schön waren für uns die Terrasse direkt am Wasser, der wunderschöne Ort Broek, die Nähe zu Amsterdam und die tollen Radwege und Routen rund um Broek. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und möchten gerne wiederkommen.

super Lage, idyllisch, trotzdem nah an Amsterdam, rundum zufrieden

Für uns hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen und geräumig. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Idyllisch in der Natur. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf Felder, Schafe, Kanal. In Amsterdam ist man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb von weniger als 30 Minuten. Bus-Anbindung ca. 10min zu Fuß entfernt. Oder super Ausgangslage, wenn man mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sein will.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich super. Wir haben vor allem den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse, die ja direkt am Kanal liegt, sehr genossen. Es ist dort so eine friedliche Idylle, wenn man in die Ferne und in die Natur blicken kann.Traumhaft. Auch die Lage im Ort und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut.Die Unterkunft kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Ideal Spot for Exploring

We stayed for almost two weeks and found this to be an ideal spot. The hosts were extremely helpful and extremely kind. The cottage is a beautiful little home on the canal. What a restful spot. Another great thing is the ready access to everywhere else. Within half an hour we coulb be in Central Amsterdam. When we got tired of the bustle, we were only half an hour away from peace and calm.

Sejour enchanteur

Situé en pleine nature dans le village de Broecke in Waterland à seulement 17 kms d’Amsterdam. La terrasse donne directement sur la rivière et les champs où s’ebattent de nombreux animaux (moutons, lievres, oies sauvages, cygnes,canards...)Un petit paradis.
