The house is on a hill above the village which overlooks everything with an extraordinary panoramic view of the Roquebrune rock (under UNESCO heritage classification), with beautiful sea view
sun from sunrise to sunset with rather southern exposure; complete calm day and night because no vis-à-vis; leaning against the hill behind the house without a dwelling. There is 1 bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms with bathroom and WC on the floor.
On the ground floor on the ground floor, living / dining room of 36m2 with open kitchen opening onto terraces, one of which is covered and pool area, 9 x 9 x 7 overflow 1m70 deep, wooden deck, BQ and gas griddle
