We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was perfect for our family—comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The communication with the owners was great, making everything easy from check-in to check out. We especially loved the pool area, and the location was fantastic. We had a short but wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the space was very clean and ideal for our family of four. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and the pool and backyard space were definite highlights. Mary and Al were easy to communicate with and responsive whenever we had any questions. We enjoyed the property, although the weather didn't cooperate enough for us to really take advantage of the pool. Maybe next time!

The house is wonderful and exactly like the photos, we spent a lot of time in the pool with all day sun. The vacation is exactly what we needed - very relaxing. The area is lovely and was walking distance to Old Scottsdale. Mary and Al were excellent hosts and very responsive to our queries - we would love to stay again!

Great location for our bicycling desires. My best compliment is that we already booked again for our 3rd time. But like ALL VRBO's the kitchen knives were dull...we got over it!

Beautiful Home

We had an amazing, relaxing stay. The home is beautiful and supplied with everything we needed for a fun girl’s trip. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool every chance we got. Mary was wonderful and she was right next door to assist us with anything we needed. We are hoping to stay here again in the near future.

My wife and I had an anniversary getaway and stayed here. Mary was a great host. Everything was as advertised. Loved the location for its accessibility to hiking trails and other Scottsdale points of interest. The pool and backyard were relaxing for the afternoons after some long hikes.

Lovely Vacation

Lovely house, excellent hosts and great neighborhood. We were two couples and we all enjoyed our stay. Very close to Old Town and local restaurants/grocery stores. Kitchen is well stocked and lots of towels and basic supplies. Mary and Al are pleasant and quick to answer any questions. We hope to return.

Great owner/hosts. Beautiful quiet neighborhood and a great location. House was everything we needed and more. We spent alot of time in the great pool area. Hosts were very communicative and we’re there for support as needed. They even ordered up HOT ARIZONA sun for us! Thank you Mary and Al! We’ll be back.

New Years Vacation with friends! The four of us really joyed this home. Mary and Al were the best host. Big help to us when we needed it. We never cooked in the house, just warmed things up. Plenty of plates and glasses for cocktails and appetizers to bring in the New Year. We had a great time on the patio in the afternoons. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were perfect. Plenty of towels and amenities for us to use. The house is in a great spot. Not too far to drive or Uber to the Fashion Mall or nice restaurants. We will be back. Scottsdale excursion

This property was as depicted in the photos. Layout of home was very efficient and well appointed! Mary and her husband were stellar hosts, welcoming, engaging, accommodating, and attentive. My husband, myself, granddaughter, and her friend felt right at home and enjoyed the property. The girls and I enjoyed time in the pool, took walks along the canal, enjoyed easy access to Old Scottsdale, and played games. We would highly recommend this property…it will not disappoint! Perfect property, location and weather.

We had a great time in Scottsdale, Phoenix in late April to mid May 2022. The weather was perfect for the duration of our stay, not a cloud in the sky and 34 degrees plus every day, sometimes much hotter. Mary the host was lovely and responded to all communication immediately and Al her husband was very helpful too, replacing the gas for the grill and giving advice on local golf courses. Scottsdale has numerous quality restaurants, yummy. The property was located in a very quiet residential area, we didn't hear the neighbours once though maybe heard us! All in all this was a perfect holiday. We would not hesitate in staying again. Thank you Mary & Al for the perfect vacation. David & Jan from the UK

My husband, Al and I moved from the Chicagoland area to Arizona a couple of years ago! We love all the Scottsdale has to offer. We live just 2 doors down from our vacation rental so are readily available for anything you may need. Look forward to hosting you!

Why they chose this property

This is ideal location! Close to everything but tucked away on a peaceful, private cul de sac! Their is a complimentary shuttle that comes to the corner every 30 mins and has multiple stop choices for you! The backyard has a lovely pool, fountain, several sitting areas, and outdoor shower with hot and cold rainfall shower head with hand held. There is a grills and outdoor dining for 6 people.
