This property is spacious and the layout is exactly as pictured/described. It is a 10 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to a 24hr grocery store. It is very close to the airport ($10-12 Uber) and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Cristian was polite and responsive and an all around A+ property owner. Highly recommend!
Very comfortable feel, great communication and responses from Christian. Couple of important points: 1) the reviews about the noise level are almost understated. Traffic noise is real from 5 AM to 2 AM. 2) locals suggest not walking after dark in that area- Uber/Lyft are your friend.
So I booked this property for a week with my mom (65+) for our first time in PR. I ended up leaving after the first night. My issues were about the location than the property which was very nice.
The road noise is just never ending and I woke up so many times feeling like a car was bearing down on me. Don't poo-poo the past reviews that mention this like I did. Some don't mind this, my mom personally liked it, it made me feel very on edge and unable to sleep deeply.
My main issue was the location it's on a very tight street with not a whole lot around for tourists. Def seemed more of a residential/local neighborhood. Ubers wouldn't pick us up and made us walk to meet them which wasn't great for my mom and got old.
The property itself is very nice. Spacious and modern. Comfy beds, clean. So I want to be very clear unit was perfectly fine. Would be great for a group trip. But if youre wanting more of a tourist experience with shops/restaurants or the ability to explore on your own walking I don't think this one is great for that.
I dont harbor any ill will towards the hosts and wish them the best. I tried to be fair and accurate in this review.

I am very sorry that you feel like that, like you said the property is really like our jouse and we take care of everything. For the experience is used for tourist a lot because you are 2 block.from the beach with less than 10$ uber you are.in old san juan or the airport and all the uber are very easy to pickup u. We are not in the front of the beach but an apt front of the beach cost more than double of that and half of the size. We lived there for years and had business there for more than 15 and always was really nice
Rental was clean and had all the basic amenities. Both beds were comfortable but I wouldn't rely on the pull out couch as a third bed as it didn't have a very large sleeping area. The location was awesome in that it was a short walk from a street with tons of shops and restaurants and only a short walk (maybe 10-15 mins) to the beach. However, this apt also is next to a very busy highway and there was loud car noise throughout the night that made it difficult to sleep. If you are a deep sleeper it maybe wouldn't bother you, but if you are a light sleeper this probably isn't the rental for you.

Close to beach & highly responsive property manager
Pros: Cristian the property manager was super responsive to our requests and very flexible to our check in/check out. The neighborhood felt safe and was only 5-10 minute walk to the beach and awesome restaurants, gym, and grocery store. The home had good wifi, solid A/C, and everything else we needed. Jose, the handyman who lives upstairs, was super nice and helpful!
Cons: The house is right next to a major highway so it is noisy, especially when a motorcycle or loud truck goes by. The hot water for shower was unreliable; we did find a workaround for the time we were there, and Cristian noted he would be sending a plumber to fix it upon our departure.
This location was about a five minute walk from a beautiful beach. It was very comfortable for myself plus three friends.
