150m2 house completely renovated with taste, ideally located in the heart of the Aix countryside and a few minutes from the center of Aix en Provence. It offers all the comfort, ideal for a family with children, with a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a cool floor in summer. Outside, a 50m2 terrace with a garden furniture, a dining area (6 people), and gas BBQ. Large garden (3000m2) with beautiful swimming pool (8.50x3.30 m) and its 4 relax and trampoline.
The house is on one level with 3 beautiful bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom (160 cm bed), dressing room and adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, 2 children's bedrooms (90 cm bed) and a small additional bedroom / TV area with a bench seat. BZ (bed 140). A second bathroom with bath and walk-in shower + separate WC. Wifi, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Nespresso coffee machine.
The house is located in a dead end, quiet, and a few steps from the bus stop to get to the center of Aix en Provence. Shops and cafe nearby in the center of Puyricard. Small U Utile supermarket accessible 5 min walk from the house.

Prachtig huis, gelegen in een afgesloten tuin wat je eerder een park kunt noemen. ‘‘s avonds zijn de bomen fraai verlicht. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en met gevoel voor smaak ingericht. Er is servies, kookgerei en huishoudelijke spullen in overvloed. Het terras en de veranda is een geweldig plek om te ontbijten, dineren en tot laat te genieten van de rust. Het zwembad is een oase in het groen, met heerlijke ligstoelen. Een top locatie vol luxe, prachtig groen op een geweldige plek dicht bij de fantastische stad Aix-en-Provence. Aanrader!

Maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût avec tout le confort moderne. Sol rafraîchissant très apprécié avec les fortes chaleurs. Piscine et jardin très agréables. Les propriétaires veillent au bien être de leurs locataires. Région très jolie, nous avons en particulier apprécié Aix-en-Provence, Lourmarin, Gordes, les Baux de Provence et Roussillon. Une perle à découvrir

Magnifique propriété décorée avec soin et avec goût qui offre tout le confort qu'on peut attendre. (piscine, climatisation, 2 salles de bain - même à 3 c'est très pratique ..., barbecue au gaz, cuisine tout équipée, machine à laver, seche linge, .....) La piscine est vraiment superbe et agréable pour prendre un peu de frais. La climatisation par le sol de la maison est également un vrai atout pour se sentir bien et dormir en toute sérénité avec une température presque toujours constante et d'un silence absolu ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur flexibilité le dernier jour - nous avons ainsi pu profiter au maximum de ce superbe cadre qui nous fait parfois tant défaut dans le Nord...
