The apartment consists of:
• a bright living room with 2 separate beds 70 x 140, a TV
• a fitted kitchen area: table and 4 chairs, 1 stool, appliances: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc ....
• a separate bedroom with a large bed of 140 (comfortable bedding) and storage space,
• A bathroom with sink, bathtub and towel radiator.
• a separate toilet
• and a beautiful terrace of 12 m² south with sun loungers, table and chairs: very nice view of the pool, the marina and the sea.
Free access to the large swimming pool of 340 m2, equipped with deckchairs, parasols, paddling pool for the little ones.
