Closed residence, of luxury, with security guard. Park very well maintained, decorated with greenery and a century old olive garden. Two tennis courts, two shallow pools for your children are at your disposal.

Bathroom with shower and electric towel rail. Separate WC. Washing machine. Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven and microwave, large fridge, extractor fan. Flat screen.

Located on the banks of the center of Antibes, it is ideally placed to go to the small beach of Gravette, Vauban port where the most prestigious boats of the Côte d'Azur are anchored, in the heart of Old Antibes for its market Provencal and stroll in the evening, and extend your walk along the beautiful Cap d'Antibes.
10 minutes walk from local shops (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, press) located close (600m).
10 minutes walk from the bus and train station
15 to 20 minutes from the beach Gravette
