In the heart of Juan les pins

My studio is located close to the shops: bakery, supermarket at 20m, and near the beaches and restaurants.
It is on the first floor of a bourgeois building with caretaker and elevator, and is fully equipped: TV, washing machine, iron, ironing board, microwave, fridge, 2-burner electric hob, coffee maker ... It has high speed WIFI. Sheets, pillowcases and towels will be provided.
The SNCF train station is 250m away.

Não dou mais por algums problemas que surgiram em relação ao apartamento. A televisão nao funcionava, o wifi deixou de funcionar a meio da estadia, o frigorífico era pequeno e não fechava durante dois dias, a água quente é limitada e escorria agua do balcão quando se lavava a louça. A anfitriã foi super acolhedora e deu dicas. Apesar de tudo a estadia correu bem e tem boa localização cerca de 5 minutos da estação de comboios com vários mercados em redor e praia também. Tem duas ventoinhas o que também foi muito util devido ao calor extremo.

Agréable séjour et propriétaire au top

Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée. Le logement est fonctionnel et dans un superbe bâtiment. De plus, il est très bien situé. Propriétaire à l’écoute et réactive. En bref, un très bon séjour.
