This is a 3 bedroom townhome in the beautiful city of Louisville. There are 2 upstairs bedrooms, and one in the basement. There are 2 showers with a guest bathroom on the main level. The main floor is an open concept kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Guests have a reserved parking spot as well as plenty of guest parking.

We have a king, queen & twin over double bunk bed which sleeps 6 comfortably.

Property was ok

This property was “ok”. The kitchen cabinets and doors are extremely sticky, which is alarming in a post-Covid world. Lots of bugs (spiders) in downstairs basement bedroom. Cell signal is horrible in this property, and you will mot get more than one bar until you leave the neighborhood. Bathroom sinks are pitted and rusty. Toilet seat upstairs is extremely loose. I had to initiate contact with the seller to get my code to enter the property, well after the 4pm check-in time. Not the best experience I have had with VRBO.

Convenient location; good for night stay

Basic but comfortable and clean stay. We ended up spending only one (of two reserved) nights at this property. Watch for a few steps to climb up to front door from parking lot - front porch light was off when we checked in and so we had to take extra care. Place was clean, well stocked and host was very helpful and communicative. Would recommend as a convenient pad for visits around the Boulder area.

Great Space in Convenient Location

The townhouse is well-situated near Boulder, Louisville, and Lafayette in a quiet neighborhood right off of a main street! Getting there, parking, and checking-in were easy, and the space was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen is a good size, the living room (albeit a little dimly lit) is comfortable and spacious enough for a small group, and the convenience of 2.5 bathrooms was wonderful. The main bedroom can be a bit cold, but extra blankets are available. We highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic property for families

Our family of 4, including 2 teenagers, had a great week. Plenty of space for all to get some privacy. Beds were made when we got there which was great after a long drive. Kitchen is well stocked. Location was great. 20 minutes from everyplace we wanted to go and within walking distance of downtown Louisville. Definitely recommend BOB's for breakfast. Lots of walking trails all around. ONLY minor suggestions are a TV downstairs and a Roku box of some kind since there is no cable. You will not be disappointed with this location. Highly recommended!
