About this property

This tastefully furnished one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a secure complex & has a large sun terrace with table and chairs. It overlooks the pool and has sea views.

The spacious open/living area has fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, 2 hobs, kettle, toaster and a micro wave cooker. There is a sofa bed which can also accommodate an extra person. There is set of crockery and cutlery for 4 persons.

There is a flat screen TV with English TV BBC/ITV package together with a DVD/Radio.

The apartment has a WIFI connection for use by the guests.

The bedroom has a large double bed with built in wardrobe which incorporates a large safe for your valuables. There is a salana room leading off the bedroom which houses the washing and stores the ironing board and cleaning items.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, W/C. washbasin and houses a top loader washing machine.

The Old Town of Puerto Del Carmen is sited on the hill, the apartment is not ideal for wheel chair users or disabled as there is a gradient from the main gate to the apartment with distance of 200 metres. There is car parking area in front of the apartment.

There are bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shops within walking distance.

The bus stop to Arrecife , Playa Blanca and Airport is close by.

Nice breakaway

I had a lovely stay here in beautiful Puerto del Carmen. I had an issue with the shower but Eva sorted it out for me quickly

Loma Verde complex

The apartment was spot on, complex was well managed, felt quiet safe being a gated complex, lovely sea views, we stayed there for six weeks and had a wonderful holiday, a big thank you to Phyllis, Christian and Eva.

Fabuloso.

Hemos ido una semana mi pareja y yo y hemos estado como en casa, todo perfecto y con lo indispensable para pasar unos días agradables. El apartamento como se ve en las fotos esta muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de la piscina; lo único que recomendaría sería tener algo más de privacidad y poner un cerramiento en la terraza al igual que tienen otros apartamentos del complejo. Por lo demás el apartamento estaba genial y el trato tanto de Phyllis como de Linda han sido espectaculares, muy cercanos y muy pendientes de que nuestra estancia fuese encantadora. Repetiríamos sin ninguna duda.

Great stay again!

Third time here and was lovely to be back. Apartment has everything that you need for your break. Nice and peaceful and plenty of room and beds around the pool. Any issues are sorted promptly by Linda from the property management company who is really friendly. The owner Phyllis is very proactive and helpful too and accommodated our daughter coming with us at very short notice without any issues. Thoroughly recommend this apartment as a place to stay whilst in Puerto del Carmen!

My late husband bought this property as an investment when he retired. He was drawn to its quiet location with splendid views of the twin pools and sea view. I think the sea view did it.

What makes this property unique

Its in quiet location but close to transport links of local bus service to all parts of Lanzarote. But at the same time you can enjoy the port with the ferry service to Puerto Calero, snorkelling, diving classes, fish restuarants in the Old Town and the many bars.
