The villa sleeps 4 people and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.
It has a south facing garden with sun loungers which takes in the sun all day, so no need to move from the property if you don’t want to.

Great property

Very easy check in process and very quick response from the property manager Tracy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and love the Matagorda area. Loads of great restaurants and shops nearby. Would recommend for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful bungalow

We stayed here for 9 nights the bungalow was every bit as good as the pictures show it .The location is quiet but we knew that before we went ,only a few minutes walk to the beach ,shops ,bars and restaurants.if you are looking for a quiet relaxing holiday this is ideal we will definitely be back

Perfect place to relax!

Loved our stay here. It was exactly as seen in the photos. Had everything we needed. Especially loved lying out on the sun loungers on the private patio. Nice quiet neighbourhood . Easy to walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Tracy the property manager is extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend !

Shortcomings

Internally the space could have been much cleaner, particularly the bathroom.There was a shortage of hot water, it being insufficient to have a decent shower. The sliding door was very difficult to open and close. The only outside furniture was 2 fully reclined beds and 2 ‘dining chairs’ Both of these unsuitable for those of us of a more mature age.

Thanks for your review John. The boiler size is for a family of four, so it just depends how long you want to spend in the shower! Our outside furniture consists of 2 full length lay down sunbeds, 2 upright sun loungers that recline back and a wicker table with 2 upright chairs with full back support, we think that is a good variety of chairs for our guests.

Almost a very quiet area.

If you stay here you’ll expect the noise of the planes so that’s not an issue but the children next door at weekends was like staying at a hotel with a kid’s club. They are only there weekends so if you are always out during the day it won’t be an issue. We stayed during Covid restrictions and were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness but we raised that with the property manager. There is wi-fi which runs the TV but it can be a bit hit and miss but we think someone else is stealing it. The property is as photographed, the kitchen really is that big and the bathroom is a bit small but you’re not spending your holiday in there. Taxi rank is a 5 minute walk but suggest you download the app as due to Covid there was often no taxis at the rank. That app works perfectly. We wouldn’t probably return but only because of the children as we wanted peace and quiet.

Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately we can't control when next door have children playing now and again but I'm sure It didn't ruin your stay. You can only hear plane noise if the planes are taking off over the sea and this only happens now and again as sometimes they have to take off in this direction because of wind changing & I'm sure it was very minimal as we only have a few planes arriving and departing because of covid. The issue raised with the blinds not being clean at the bottom have now been rectified and everything is Covid cleaned for the next guests arrival. The property is as in the pictures and yes the kitchen is very large which is great for guests that don't always want to eat out.

Wunderbarer gut eingerichteter Bungalow in guter Lage. Es gibt genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Der Wohnraum ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Küche ist ein Highlight mit Top Ausstattung.

We dont have air conditioning but do have fans, the weather in august is always hot and the time you stayed we had a heatwave of temperatures exceeding 45c so yes it was extremely hot for your stay

Had a lovely time, villa well presented, lovely kitchen, outdoor spans and excellent location!! A couple of minor issues with the water but these were quickly resolved by Tracy & team. Would Highly recommend

Fantastic bungalow.

Casa Florence has the ‘ wow ‘ factor. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and sofas . The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There is a nice garden, not overlooked . Nice quiet area, short walk to beach , supermarket, bars and restaurants. Definitely recommended
