Exceptional sea view -2 independent houses - unspoilt environment and olive groves - ideal for two families.
5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - 4 independent and single storey
4 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 extra booths in the "living room" of each house.
10-12 beds.
A room / studio is air conditioned.

2 kitchens + 1 outdoor barbecue area + electric barbecue

A large swimming pool and terrace with sun bed
It is possible to rent only part of the property (a house for 4-5 people) at half price outside the period mid July-August.

Wonderful holiday in Andros!

The villa was magnificent. Spacious, elegant, well located and with breathtaking views on the sea and nearby islands. The owners and property manager were kind, available and helpful. We loved our stay in Andros and definitely recommend this villa to future guests!

Trip of a Lifetime

The property was stunning and the views were breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the island, visiting beaches, and hanging out at the pool. The people we met were warm and friendly and eagerly shared suggestions for restaurants and places to go. I highly recommend this beautiful destination!

A stunning hidden gem

We had the most amazing time in Andros, the property was beautiful and so well suited to a large group of adults. The space was clean and well equipped, with plenty of different areas to relax in the sun or shade. The house is nicely tucked away from the main road, it feels very private and isn’t overlooked. It is well situated to explore the rest of the island, close to Batsi, beaches and local supermarkets—a car is a must. Nansy was welcoming, very helpful and and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The best stay!

Wow, what a property! The location is second to none with views to die for. We were 3 families with adult children so having the separate accommodation spaces was perfect for us. The villa was extremely clean and very well equipped and the pool gorgeous, albeit a little chilly (we stayed in June so it hadn't had much time to warm up). The local town of Batsi is extremely pretty with lovely restaurants and shops, and mostly Greek families enjoying their holidays. We fell in love with the island. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is the communication from the property manager. We booked via VRBO which clearly stated the villa had a hot tub but when we arrived it was half empty and dirty. We asked for it to be filled and cleaned but were told it was not part of our agreement (it was because the VRBO listing clearly stated it). We questioned this with Nancy but she never bothered to come back to us (until I chased her about it after we'd left, at which point we were told that the hot tub wasn't suitable because of the weather.... a very poor excuse and if not available it should be removed from the listing). Finally, we were a party of 9 and only 7 pool towels were provided. Nancy assured us that she would drop some off the next day, but never did. Her excuse was that she'd been busy... In summary, a fabulous villa in a fabulous location on a gorgeous island. The only thing that let it down slightly was the management.

Belles vues et bonne location a cote de Batsi. Andros est une belle ile. Maintenant le negatif. Les meubles sont tres peu comfortables, cheap. Pas de salon. Une seule tele dans la cuisine ou il n y a pas d air conditoone. Pas de BBQ, un grill electrique miniscule. Une mauvaise odeure dans les salles de bain . Nous ne reviendrons pas. Piscine non chauffee et froide.

I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. However, I am surprised by some of your comments. The description of the house is clear and precise: it states that the bedrooms are air-conditioned but not the living room, and that there is a large TV in the living room. The outdoor furniture is teak furniture imported directly from Indonesia: the description “cheap” is rather harsh. The barbecue is a Weber brand for 10/12 people: it is not “tiny.” Finally, it is hot in Greece in August; it is true that this year there was a little more wind than usual, but the temperature of the pool must have been around 26°C, which cannot be described as cold water. Furthermore, on the Cyclades islands, we must follow precautions regarding water and energy consumption because the infrastructure is not designed to cope with only two months of tourist season. I am also surprised that you did not report any unpleasant odors to our operations team, who are always attentive to the comfort of our guests. Thank you again for your trust. Best Chantal

Merveilleuse vue dont on ne se lasse pas

Villa très agréable , de petits défauts ( lit qui grince, chambre sans toilettes , configuration plus simple pour une famille qu’une bande de copains , piscine non chauffée et froide avec le vent ) mais sinon la maison est vraiment très bien avec une vue à couper le souffle et des couchers de soleils magnifiques . Attention non accessible avec des petits car aucune barrière .
