Please note, this property has indiect gulf access via a boat lift that is very limited in size and height of the boat as there is a bridge it must fit under. The dock is not conducive to mooring. There is a public boat ramp under a mile away and I can accommodate boat parking if you want to trailer the boat in and out each day. Also note, the public boat ramp is super busy on weekends from April until November, depending on the weather.
