About this property

Spacious 1 Bedrm Unit. Stunning Ocean View, in South Kihei, Maui.

Enjoy the ocean breezes and panoramic unobstructed ocean views from this second floor unit. This condo and location will be more than you could ever expect. It sure did surprise us. Great sunrise and moonrises over Haleakala, from the bedroom, and the most amazing Maui sunsets from the privacy of your own lanai. Location is everything.

THIS CONDO CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 3 PEOPLE. However groups of more than 3 there is an extra charge of $20 per night. Unfortunately the condo is not child safe due to the stainless steel wire ropes design.

You can enjoy the lanai and watch the whales (in season) or surfers directly across from the tennis court, after a busy day at the beach or site seeing. Just minutes to the beach, Kihei marketplace, grocery store, and many fine restaurants.


Terms and Conditions

Deposits and Cancellation Policy:

For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 40 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 40 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.

All rates subject to 17.416% Hawaii State Tax. A $200 deposit is due within 10 days of confirmation to secure reservation. Full prepayment is due 40 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations.

Minimum 3 night stay or service fee will be added.

There is a $175 cleaning fee for all stays. Maid service is available upon request at an additional charge.

Special rates available for 28 day stay or longer. All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

THe best place I have stayed.

This is the best place I have stayed in the Kihei area ever...and I have stayed any many of them. Beautiful wood work, remodeled, and very nice. Great AC.

We had planned a special trip to Maui, but due to the storms in 2026, our travel quickly turned into a stressful and disappointing situation and it became clear we would not make it to Maui at all. Seeing the devastation on the island only added to the emotional weight of the experience.Throughout all of this, Leif was exceptional. The condo was beyond our expectations! It had everything we needed including beach equipment and beach-specific toiletries. The view was incredible, and it was so fun to see the morning surfers and the sunsets. Why they chose this property

Maui, Hawaii is an amazing place. We fell in love with the Island on our first visit in 1997. The Aloha is one of the many reasons why we came back time and again.

What makes this property unique

When we come to our home away from home we really do feel at home. We truly do enjoy being able to make our condo our home and make any changes we feel are needed.

The Shores of Maui and particularly our unit has one of the most amazing unobstructed ocean views. The condo association had the power lines buried underground and the telephone polls removed so there is absolutley nothing to obscure the ocean front view and the absolutely gorgeous ever changing sunsets all from the privacy of the lanai.
