Renter Beware

The description is deceitful. The apartment is small. The second bedroom is in a separate building and you need to go through two key locked doors to get to it. The internet is spotty and does not reach the second bedroom which is in another building (read on). The apartment is newly renovated and clean, but is far from the town center. There are little annoyances (the toilet seat in the second bathroom is barely attached to the fixture). The surrounding neighborhood lacks charm. There are no stores, restaurants, or shops nearby. The host did not provide any restaurant or other local suggestions. Rouen is lovely and worth a visit. I would stay elsewhere though. If you are looking for a purely utilitarian stay, this may suit you. Me, not so much.
