This is an excellent property and the location is perfect. You do have to walk up stairs so know that in advance. Very clean, well stocked, easy in and out. One of the best I’ve stayed in.

Super cute and clean! The BEST location. Hosts were extremely helpful. No problems at all and the most comfy bed!!! Extremely safe neighborhood. Extra bedroom was great even though we didn’t try the bed!

This was a great place for us to explore the town and the college. Centrally located we were able to walk a lot of the time. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. We will stay again for sure when we visit.

Blown away. A little tricky to find at night but this place is well worth it. Clean, roomy, can easily take a family of 3-5 here. Great location too. Would stay here again!

Our stay at the Little Purple Penthouse was exactly what we needed. We were in town to help our daughter move into the dorms a CMU and the location was perfect. The property was clean, quiet and easy to find. We will definitely stay again in the future!!

Cozy and comfortable get away

This is a fabulous location for a stay in Grand Junction and vicinity. Very private and quiet 2 bedroom apartment that is close to the University and downtown. Also close to orchards and wineries. We had a very nice time and can highly recommend it.

Softball tourney in GJ

The “penthouse” was perfect for my family of 4 when we were in town for a softball tournament. The location was super convenient to everywhere we needed to be and the house itself was perfect - clean and cool and exactly as advertised.
