This was a great place for us to explore the town and the college. Centrally located we were able to walk a lot of the time. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. We will stay again for sure when we visit.

Good location and AC worked great! Very appreciative that host allowed us to check out at noon, if we needed the extra time for my husband. Couch wasn't very comfortable (cushion springs, as mentioned in other reviews). Could use blinds for kitchen window - sun was really bright in kitchen and made it hard to fix breakfast and eat at the table - we ended up putting a towel to make it better. Might have a filter issue - lots of dust particles in the air.

The "purple penthouse" was centrally located. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The kitchen and bathroom were large and well stocked with basic needs. Our only issue was the short cushions on the couch that felt as though the springs might have popped through the under cushion. We didn't use the pull out so not sure if that was a cause. Would stay here again!

Blown away. A little tricky to find at night but this place is well worth it. Clean, roomy, can easily take a family of 3-5 here. Great location too. Would stay here again!

Our stay at the Little Purple Penthouse was exactly what we needed. We were in town to help our daughter move into the dorms a CMU and the location was perfect. The property was clean, quiet and easy to find. We will definitely stay again in the future!!

Cozy and comfortable get away

This is a fabulous location for a stay in Grand Junction and vicinity. Very private and quiet 2 bedroom apartment that is close to the University and downtown. Also close to orchards and wineries. We had a very nice time and can highly recommend it.
