Pleasant housing two faces in pedestrian lane for 5 people with TERRACE and PATIO 50 m from the beach having obtained the blue flag.
Consisting of a large living room (living room, sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining room, kitchen equipped with freezer), a bedroom equipped with a large bed for 2 people, a foldable bed and a umbrella bed, with a wardrobe / closet and dressers and shelf as well as a bathroom / toilet (bath and shower).
Located in a quiet area, narrow and quiet alley (possibility of unloading your car momentarily arriving from your trip).
Shops are nearby (bakery, rotisserie, pizzeria, fruit and vegetable shop ...)

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La proximité des commerces et de la plage est un vrai atout. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour faire les courses / marchés / restaurants. Appartement grand et fonctionnel. Petite terrasse devant mais possibilité de manger jusqu'à 6. A refaire.

A 2 pas de la plage, un réel atout avec des enfants!

Située dans une petite rue confidentielle, la maison est très sympa et surtout très propre ! La petite cours en arrivant pour déposer les affaires de plage est très pratique et les murs hauts protègent du vis à vis de la rue. Je recommande !

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. In jedem Zimmer sind reichlich Stauraum und Ablageflächen vorhanden. Teilweise wirken die Geräte so gepflegt, dass man sich kaum traut sie zu benutzen. Anderes ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber tollerierbar: Es gibt schönere Terrassen, die Fahrräder eignen sich eher für die Fahrt zum Bäcker als für eine längere Tour, und der Weg zum Meer sind eher 100 m + x als 50 m. Sehr nette Vermieterin, auch in einer Notlage sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt im Ort günstige und sehr gute Restaurants.

agreable sejour . aout 2016.

Nous avons passé une super semaine à port la nouvelle, beau temps et plage de sable fin à proximité ont régalé petits et grands. Il est agréable de ne pas être obligé de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage ou aux commerces les plus proches, tout se fait à pied! Nous avons été très bien reçus et nous avons apprécié la location, quelques petits aménagements seraient les bienvenus au niveau des couverts un peu vieillots et dépareillés, ainsi que quelques ustensiles manquants comme les ciseaux, une grande cuillère pour servir des plats en sauce etc...Le canapé servant de 2eme lit serait plus pratique s'il était convertible, deux adultes ne peuvent pas s'y coucher aisément à cause des accoudoirs et le tout est un peu dur. Néanmoins nous garderons de bons souvenirs et nous reviendrons certainement dans quelques années. Famille V.

Il nous a plut beaucoup.

La lacaion nous a plu beaucoup. Nous nous sommes sentis tres bien. Bien pratique les deux cours avec le mur contre le "etre vu" et avec son eau endehors pour nettoyer le chien et nos jambes et pieds. Il nous a manque quelque trucs de vaisselle: grand couteu et autre chauses. Maleuruesement il n'y a pas de TV allemand. En plus nous regrettons, que le chien ne peut aller a la plage, meme tres tot le matin et tard le soir. Les sauveurs nous ont dit, que les chiens sont interdit a la plage. Et seulement quelques minutes apres, il y# avait des francais avec des chiens a la plage. Meme pendant la journee ily avait des chiens a la plage, sans de dire des mots. Pour notre chien, la plage etait vraiment fantastique. Nous ne sommes pas allees dans des restaurants, parce que la cuisine nous a plu.

Très bonnes vacances !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Port la Nouvelle. Nous avons trouvé le logement propre, fonctionnel et spacieux (nous étions 4 personnes, 1 bébé et 1 petit chien) ; la dame qui nous y a accueilli est très disponible et nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité de la plage, du front de mer et des commerces ce qui évite de prendre la voiture. Nous recommandons cette location que nous gardons en mémoire si nous devons revernir à Port la Nouvelle.

Maison sympa, propre, bien équipée avec une petite terrasse extérieure isolée permettant de prendre ses repas au soleil, le bonheur ! De plus l''accueil est chaleureux . Rien à redire, merci.

Bon accueil

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines cet été dans cette location. Cela s'est globalement bien passé. L' accueil et la disponibilité de la personne s'occupant de la location sur place étaient très bien . La proximité de la plage (1') et des commerces appréciables. La ruelle est également très calme! Cependant pour 4 personnes , la terrasse extérieure est trop petite ( un énorme barbecue est présent mais sans ustensile ! donc impossible de s'en servir, dommage). De plus la table en plastique d'extérieur est BEAUCOUP trop petite pour 4 et vétuste. Avec un socle de pied de parasol absent pour la table, tout s'envole au moindre coup de vent ! L intérieur présente une surface suffisante , des rangements adaptés.L' électroménager est neuf. Le bémol est pour le canapé non convertible et dur comme de la pierre pour y dormir. Il y a également un lit d'appoint pliant de 80 cm mais qui convenait peu à notre fis ado d'1M85! Les volets électriques de la chambre sont également très fatigués(on doit les aider à remonter!!!!) En résumé avec quelques améliorations faciles cela deviendrait une location plus fonctionnelle et agréable! Mais je pense c'est plus adapté à 1 couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants en bas âge mais pas pour 4 adultes!

grand et bien équipé

Bonne location

Bonne location malgré quelques problèmes de volets roulants. Habitation très propre et agréable. Manque quelques ustensiles pour la cuisine: ( petits plats creux, plat à gratin pour le four, couverts à salade, une ou deux casseroles et poêles......) Mais dans l'ensemble, rien à redire. Je conseille fortement cette location.

Sejour agreable.

Court séjour avec un accueil chaleureux agrémenté de bons conseils. La location propre ,avec frigo,canapé et machine a lavée neufs. Points a revoir: l’aménagement est parfois plus du bricolage qu'autre chose (mur fond coté baignoire, plans de cuisine). Cela ne demanderait pas forcement un gros investissement ou du temps pour finir proprement et éviter de ternir le tableau.Cela n’enlève rien a notre avis général et a notre séjour somme toute agréable. Cdlt.

On a passé de bonnes vacances !

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage moins de 5 minutes à pieds ! Le logement était impeccable avec tout ce qu'il faut, rien ne manquait : barbecue, terrasse, vélos, jeux....... A notre arrivée, nous avons très bien été accueilli et conseillé sur les activités de Port la Nouvelle. A l'année prochaine. Famille Mokrane

séjour très agréable . La description de la location et sa situation correspondait tout à fait à l'annonce - ce qui est assez rare pour être noté - Logement propre ; situé dans un quartier résidentiel et calme mais proche de la plage et des commerces . Spacieux et bien agencé ; patio et terrasse appréciés Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire - qui reste à notre disposition si besoin - Nous pensons utiliser encore cette location; week end ou petites vacances
