One of the beaches is flanked with restaurants, as well as Club Mickey, a windsurfing and paddleboating club. All that is just 300 m away from the house! This large house can sleep 10 in beds and up to 15 with mattresses, making it ideal for 2-3 families with children. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room with a toilet, 1 restroom, and a large 90-sq.m main room. The main room has an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen that gives onto the living room and a large 70-sq.m terrace. The terrace borders the gated 400-sq.m garden. On the ground floor, everything is on the same level; perfect for getting around in a wheelchair. First floor: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a toilet. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, espresso machine, ironing table, hair dryer, food processor, Wi-Fi, television, piano, and a Hi-Fi stereo system with an iPod dock. There is also a garden patio and an outside table. Nearby: tennis court 50 m away, equestrian centre (2 km), nautical centre (2 km) and a golf course (8 km). This is a non-smoking house, with animals not allowed.

Maison familiale spacieuse et grand jardin

Séjour plaisant dans cette maison spacieuse avec grand jardin clos située près des plages, et disposant d'un bon équipement électro-ménager. Bibliothèque bien fournie et nombreux jeux. Sommes venus avec un handicapé majeur, 3 enfants en bas âge et 1 bébé. Pas d'accueil physique à notre arrivée alors qu'annoncé par téléphone, infos pratiques inexistantes (évacuation des poubelles, mode emploi de la TV...). Avons déploré l'absence de barres de maintien dans la SDB pour handicapé, l'absence de lit de bébé + chaise haute sur place, mais bonne réactivité des propriétaires pour nous les procurer. Dommage nous n'avons trouvé ni le trampoline ni la salle de fitness pourtant cités dans l'annonce !

Great place for families with children of all ages. Large living space downstairs with view on garden. In and outdoor games for children. Comfy beds and a great wood pellet stove for winter ambiance. Good communication with owners.👍 Wish we could have kept this address for us😉

Ideal for families.

Lovely large spacious house that very comfortably accommodated 10 people. The children loved the games in the house and trampoline and table tennis in the garden. They were very content. Garden and deck were ideal for all of us, either eating or just relaxing. Bathrooms functioned well and beds extremely comfortable. Location was excellent, near local beaches and shops. Also conveniently near a cycle path which took you along the coast. Thank you very much!

Location très pratique

De la place pour tout le monde dans cette grande maison: la grande pièce de vie du rez de chaussée (avec plusieurs espaces) est extrêmement agréable, remplie de jeux (c'est vraiment un plus!!!MERCI!!!!!) et aussi d'un piano. Le jardin à l'arrière est très agréable et reposant, avec trampoline, ping-pong, et très très grande terrasse en bois. Il y a un peu de vis à vis (au fond du jardin) mais nous n'avons entendu / ni vu personne. La maison est bien équipée et il ne manque de rien. Il est très facile de s'y installer et de s'y sentir en vacances. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un seul petit bémol, mais c'est lié à la bonne localisation de la maison: on entend le passage des voitures (ou des piétons dans la nuit) dans la chambre premier étage coté rue. Les autres chambres, sont plus calmes.

Dans cette charmante maison près de la plage et du centre-ville, vous trouvez tout ce qu'il vous faut pour profiter à fond de vos vacances à Larmor-Plage. Pour les vacances en famille, c'est l'idéal parce qu'il a y aussi des jeux pour les enfants et la maison est très spacieuse. On y était avec toute la famille (8 pers. de 9 à 72 ans) et on est tous d'accord: c'est tip-top : )

Nous avons séjourné à 8 pers dans cette spacieuse maison avec un grand jardin. Très propre et fonctionnel, tout équipé. Proche de Lorient, Carnac et Quiberon, Concarneau. La plage et beaucoup de petit commerce à 5mn.Belle promenade a faire le long de la plage. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci au propriétaire.

Nous avons passé une super semaine à Larmor-Plage dans cette grande et agréable maison. L'équipement est top : pratique (cuisine équipée, meubles de jardin, tables et chaises en nombre suffisant), ludique (table de ping ping, babyfoot), et tout ce qu'il faut pour les enfants (jouets, grand jardin, grands espaces). L'espace de vie est très bien isolé des espaces de nuit ce qui permet de se coucher tard sans gêner les enfants qui dorment en bas, ou qu'eux se lèvent tôt sans gêner les adultes qui dorment à l'étage. Les salles de bain sont très propres et confortables. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !

Location geniale pour famille a Larmor !

Nous avons adore cette maison. Elle est tout d'abord très bien placée, a quelques centaines de metres des plages et du centre de Larmor-Plage avec ses commerces de proximite. L'agencement de la maison est ideal avec de grands volumes de vie ouverts au RDC + 3 chambres a l'etage, salon donnant sur un grand jardin protege, et plein de details pratiques pour le rangement notamment. Maison pratique et bien pensée ! Cerise sur le gateau, les propriétaires sont charmants. A l'année prochaine !

Très sympathique maison familiale

Nous avons passé une fantastique semaine dans cette maison, vraiment très agréable. La maison est décorée avec énormément de goût, la terrasse et le jardin sont aussi très plaisants. La maison est idéalement situé à 5 min des commerces et de la plage ce qui nous permis de tout faire à pied.

What makes this property unique

The house has large and special living spaces, including the main room and the terrace, which allow it to hose several families. It is located in the heart of downtown Larmor, a modest-sized city located 5 km away from Lorient and the Interceltic Festival. Everything can be done on foot, including the beach and the city, though to go to the festival you'll need the bus (10 min). Lovely promenades along the coastal road make it ideal for a bike ride or a long walk. For surfers, we're just 10 minutes from Fort Bloqué beach, famous for its waves, or 5 minutes from the Gulf de Ploemeur. Club Mickey, where you can practice paddleboating, windsurfing, or canoeing, is just 5 minutes away on foot. There are also bars and restaurants that open right onto the beach, which means that you can relax with friends while letting the kids play in the sand. If you prefer to stay home, the house and garden are spacious and gated, with a large playing area for the children.
