Perfect location for us

Perfect for a short getaway with our boat and friends. Caught fresh crabs on the dock along with redfish and flounder. Bring bug spray that works with biting gnats to enjoy the outdoors without being bit.

Perfect getaway!

Such a beautiful home with a great view of the water! Very spacious, clean, and perfect for a young child. Nice back porch area to hang out and watch the sunset. We were able to leave our boat in the water so it made it even better! We will be back!

Tranquility

This is our 3rd time renting this property. It is extremely clean and having the dock on property to keep our boat was very convenient for our fishing adventures. We also fished from the “point” of the property with much success. We will always book this beautiful home every year!

Big fish!!

Would highly recommend this house! We had a great family week of fishing! We even caught some biggins from the dock!! The house was clean with ample towels and kitchen well stocked. Convenient location for boats/fishing, just be mindful of low tide. Beautiful sunrises to start the day on the water. We will definitely book again in the near future.

Guys fishing trip

Great place!! We were really shocked at everything that came in the house. We definitely will be booking here again and hopefully will have new place to continue our 15 year annual fishing trip. The only issue we had and that's if you want to call it one, was the coffee maker. It took nearly an hour to make the coffee as the pot kept cutting off, so you might want to get a new one. Again, that was the only issue. Great place to stay!!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The house is big and the property is very private and quiet. Plenty of parking for the trailer if you need to park it at the house. I loved the balcony access from each bedroom and the spacious back porch. The dock provided a beautiful view of the area. We used the crab trap to catch some crabs. A few things to make point of though when making your decision. The dock does not have a power hook up to charge your boat. There is an outlet but no power is ran to it. We had to pull our boat out and charge it at the house. That brings another issue we found. Some of the power outlets on the lower level did not work. The 2nd bathroom shower is super small, so you may feel more comfortable using the master or the outside shower. Overall the house was great and the property management was very responsive. We had a great time.

Love this house 🏠. Iy is the second time we stay here. It is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms are spacious. The views are amazing ! Lots of wild life. You can fish from the dock. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the ability to dock a boat. The fishing was very good not far away.

The house is well equipped and comfortable. I would recommend for those who love the salt marsh view. Eagles and osprey visited every day.

Very clean and cute house! We brought our boat so having the dock was awesome! We caught some of the most beautiful Redfish we’ve ever seen. Also got blue crabs from using the crab trap provided with the house. Very peaceful and much needed to re-set. Will definately be booking again!

Perfect spot

Beautiful location and perfect if you are wanting to take your boat to Dog island or enjoy the Carabelle river. The house was clean and equipped with everything you would need with a beautiful outside view and swing for the children to play.

This property met our needs and was clean. There was apparently an issue with bears getting into garbage before our arrival but we took the advice left by the previous renters and left the main can at the end of the driveway. We enjoyed our stay overall.

This is a wonderful home with breathtaking views & a sweet breeze. We had fun enjoying the peaceful views that gave us much needed time to get to know family better. Carrabelle and Apalachicola are hidden towns that teach you how to really Slow down and enjoy life. The Tate’s Hell 5k run was Beautiful on Saint James Bay golf course. If you come try to bring kayaks so you can see more of the river views. We are looking forward to returning.
