Perfect property in perfect location. The place was spotlessly clean and the host very welcoming. Everything was as described, it’s not a posh place and it doesn’t have views but we didn’t need them. We needed somewhere to stay which was clean and close to the town. So glad we stayed here rather than other seaside locations as Agda put on some great entertainment nearly every night and there are some great restaurants on the river.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location à Agde. Les visites à Agde peuvent se faire à pied depuis la maison et c'est fort appréciable. La propriétaire connaît très bien sa région et est plein de bons conseils.Il y a tout le confort nécessaire dans la location. À peine rentrés, nous recommandons cette location à nos proches. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, poursuivre nos visites autour d'Agde.

Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Personen. Schön war der sichere Parkplatz. die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. W-lan wäre schön aber wir sind auch so zurecht gekommen.

Monsieur, je suis désolée que le logement n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Je regrette que vous n'ayez pas évoqué ces inconforts bien que je sois venue vous voir plusieurs fois durant votre séjour vous demander si tout allait bien. Vous n’aviez sans doute pas lu l’annonce de mon logement ni vu le grand parking GRATUIT de plus de 50 places en face de la maison. Vous n’aviez sans doute pas compris dans le terme « partagé » que notre maison est un espace où nous vivons également. Enfin, vous n’aviez sans doute pas vu que vous pouviez fermer la porte du logement, de façon à garantir votre intimité. En ce qui concerne vos 2 draps de bain, toute suggestion me permettant d’améliorer le dispositif de leur séchage sera la bienvenue. Maintenant, je ne peux rien faire contre l’épisode orageux accompagné de vent qui a sévi durant votre séjour. Cordialement,

Gute Lage für Ausflüge

Die Hauswirtin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses am Herault und am Rande der Altstadt ist sehr günstig. Zum Meer eine Autofahrt von ca. 8 Min. zu Cap d'Agde war kurz. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Region zu erkunden. Man kommt mit der Bahn gut nach Montpellier und Narbonne. Die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet. Im Haus kann man sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut aufhalten. Bad ist sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Location propre, à la fraîche, bien située avec place de parking sécurisé. Propriétaire discrète et disponible. A choisir, un lave linge serait plus appréciable que le lave vaisselle. Le programme des animations à Agde et alentours nous a permis de profiter entre autres du concert flottant gratuit de Louis Bertignac qui était génial.

maison très bien située face à l'Hérault et tout près du centre historique. le canal du midi est aussi très proche ainsi que la plage. Le vélo est très pratique et il y a des pistes cyclables partout. Hôte très sympathique

Mini séjour très agréable. Beaucoup de vent mais soleil rayonnant. Location confortable. Bon accueil. Hôtesse agréable. A préciser toutefois qu'il y a une marche au milieu de la pièce et que le portail métallique pour garer la voiture est difficile à manoeuvrer pour les personnes âgées.
