Our fully air-conditioned house is located in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful sandy beaches of the blue coast.
You will have both large common areas, while preserving everyone's privacy and shaded relaxation areas where everyone will find their own little paradise.
It is made up of 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 9 vacationers (2 bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with double bed and 120cm bed and a sofa bed in the dining room), 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
American kitchen fully equipped with oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and Senseo machine as well as all kitchen utensils.
Living room with double leather sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV (internet - Wifi).
A large office space is also available.
Terrace under a large pergola that can easily accommodate 10 guests, barbecue and pizza oven available.
For a moment of relaxation and leisure, you will enjoy a large swimming pool with deckchairs and deckchairs as well as a pétanque court.
You will also have at least 3 parking spaces.
The house is completely private for vacationers, it is not shared.
The white pool protection barrier has been removed and replaced with a brand new alarm.

Maison idéale et comfortable

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable entre amis dans cette belle maison. Le jardin est parfait pour profiter du beau temps, entre piscine et pétanque. La maison est idéalement situé, à 2 pas du village et très proche de la mer. Un immense merci à Agnès pour sa disponibilité et sa bonne humeur.

Cette maison est au calme munie d’ un très grand jardin , un terrain de boules sans oublier la piscine . Le village est petit mais vous êtes à 2 minutes du boulanger , épicerie , boucher etc.. si vous voulez passer des vacances au calme vous êtes à la bonne adresse !!

Nous avons passés une semaine géniale dans la maison d’Agnès, la maison est total adapté pour 8 personnes. L’espace dehors, piscine et pergola est très agréable à toute heure de la journée, la plage est vraiment à 10-15min à pied de la maison. Le centre ville avec boulangerie, tabac et petite épicerie est à 5 minutes à pied ! Vraiment agréable Nous reviendrons !

Super bis auf kleine Details

Der Pizzaofen wie im Inserat beschreiben ist leider unbrauchbar. Auch der Backofen war bisschen Dreckig. Ansonsten waren wir positiv überrascht. In 10“ ist man am Meer. Der Garten ist gepflegt und die Betten bequem. Alles in allem gut.
