Our spacious and inviting suite features a fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and a bright, open living area with a large eating bar or work surface. This apartment is perfect for travelers in town for medical appointments or work. It is also conveniently located near all the necessities, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, and coffee shops.

A warm &cozy apartment, located in a desirable neighborhood in Edmonton. Our apartment offers all the comforts of home, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the necessary appliances. The open floor plan allows for plenty of natural light to flow through the space, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

Our cozy and well-appointed rental is perfect for individuals, couples, families, apprenticeship students, workers, and business executives. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 3 people with its queen bed and a twin bed. Fully furnished and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and cable, our rental is ideal for short or long term stays. All utilities are included.

Whether you are in town for work or leisure, our apartment is sure to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home. We look forward to hosting you and hope you have a memorable stay with us.

Enjoy the privacy and convenience of renting this entire unit for your stay. With a separate entrance, you have complete access to all areas of the unit, making it feel like your own home. This is the perfect option for those looking for a private, self-contained space during their travels.

We are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests. In order to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of our rental, we ask that you leave your street footwear at the main entrance of your suite.

Our check-in hours are from 3:00pm to 9:00pm, and checkout is at 12:00 noon. To ensure a peaceful and restful environment for all of our guests, we have quiet time from 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and from 11:00pm to 10:00am on weekends.

We appreciate respectful and courteous guests and have a zero tolerance policy towards arrogant and mean behavior. Guest will be required to present a photo ID at check-in. In addition, this property is a no-smoking facility and the use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. We hope you will join us and enjoy a pleasant and respectful stay in our rental.
