Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte einfach nicht. Es ist ein altes Haus in dem manches erneuert wurde, aber auch das funktionierte nicht gut, etliche Türen ließen sich nicht schließen, der Rolladen mußte mit der Hand runtergezogen werden, der Swimmingpool wurde in den letzten 10 Urlaubstagen nicht mehr gereinigt und sah entsprechend grün belegt aus, in der Küche fehlte einiges für unseren längeren Aufenthalt. Wir können vergleichen, sind seit 10 Jahren an der Algarve aber das Haus war nur zweckmäßig eingerichtet, keine nette Deko, wir waren enttäuscht. Gut, der Vermieter war nett aber es stimmten halt viele Dinge nicht. Dafür war der Preis zu hoch.

Hello Lucie, Thank you for your comment, even if it's less positive. Regarding the pool, we pay a company to maintain it. You could have informed us that it was malfunctioning. The same goes for the utensils; we would have provided them without any problem. We also included a package for German channels, which you requested before arriving, at no extra cost. We rent the houses mainly for summer periods, with intensive use in July and August, which can lead to some wear and tear, which we normally take care of in the winter. Kindest regards

Excelentes férias em família

Casa ideal para férias em família. A casa é espaçosa, tem 3 quartos todos com WC e lugar de garagem! Todas as divisões têm ar condicionado que refrescam as divisões rapidamente! O quarto do último andar tem 4 camas, é grande e foi óptimo para nós que temos duas crianças de 2 e 6 anos. A limpeza não esteve perfeita à chegada mas nada de mais para uma casa de praia. A net é Portatil e da NOS, não apanha grande rede, ou seja net lenta, mas são férias portanto há tempo! No segundo andar este problema desaparece pois consegue rede boa. Tem uma piscina muito boa partilhada para as 5 moradias, com muito espaço. Todas as casas têm um “átrio” exterior com uma mesa, ideal para refeições ao “ar livre” Gestores preocupados com as medidas de segurança Covid19! Medidas que consideramos muito importantes nesta altura. Padaria, café e Minimercado a 3 minutos a pé A praia a pé são 10-15minutos. para quem tem carrinho de bebe, 15-20 minutos pois não dá para ir com os carrinhos pelo caminho direto para a praia por causa da areia. A praia é muito boa! Perto de montegordo, e de restaurantes top! Em suma, Férias memoráveis
