Your waterfront vacation getaway or Snowbird stay. We call this little slice of paradise- The Beach House. Where you can come rest, fish and explore a little bit of Old Florida. Enjoy the mangroves, shrimp boats and dolphins right off the dock. No need to look further the best views around. Our home is updated, fully furnished and decorated with beach house charm.
Inside-
The atmosphere is cozy, beachy, fun, with a splash of good taste and class. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a newly remodeled kitchen and comfortable living room with dinning table .
The home can comfortably sleep 4 people with the following accommodations:

Outside-
You will find a covered side porch/ carport with seating and a grill available for your enjoyment. The back yard is fenced in with an open seawall and a floating dock. You can bring your own boat and you are welcome to use our kayaks for no additional charge. Life jackets and paddles are also available. Enjoy kayaking through the mangroves or a short 2 minute paddle to the open Gulf of Mexico.
The neighborhood is fun to walk thru with many nice houses lined up and down the canals.
Things to Do:
There are many things available close by like fishing, boating, sailing, sightseeing, antiquing, golfing, flea markets, horseback riding, nature hiking, kayaking, water skiing, swimming, shelling, gambling on the Sun Cruise Casino Boat and more.
Local Attractions-
Pine Island is a quaint park conveniently located just over 9 mile away. There are restaurants close by for eating out. Publix and Walmart just minutes away. Night life can be found close by at places like Silver Dolphin, Upper Deck and Zig-Zag Scallops. My personal favorite place for brunch is Brian’s Place.
If you choose to venture a little down the road you will find some nationally and internationally famous attractions. A 10 minute drive South will land you at Weeki- Wachee Springs where you can watch the world famous mermaid show. A little more South will take you to a fun water park called SunWest Park. If you travel even further South, a 30 minute drive will land you in the world famous Sponge Docks of Tarpon Spring. An additional 30 minutes South will take you to some of the world famous beaches in Clearwater and St. Petersburg. A 30 minute drive to the North you can look for manatees at Homasassa Springs or 45 minutes takes you to the springs of Crystal River.
