Located adjacent to one of the pools in the complex and just a short 4 to 5 minute walk to the beach. Easy access to all that Destin has to offer! Southbay 10 sleeps 12. 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds, 1 bunk bed, 2 sleeper sofas. Saturday to Saturday rental during the peak season! Seasonal Beach service is included with your rental. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach!

Southbay by the Gulf is a centrally located, family-friendly resort in close proximity to popular dining, shopping, watersports, and attractions. Community amenities include over 300 feet of private community beach, two community swimming pools, two children's wading pools, a 5-acre fresh water lake, community BBQ grills, and lighted tennis courts. Destin vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental process was very easy with Harmony. The villa we stayed in was south bay they were very spacious and well equipped with all our needs. The beach was a little bit of a walk that is the only thing I was disappointed about. Said it was approximately 4 min but more like 15 min.

Great family trip!

My family and I had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The pool being so close to the room was a plus with the little ones. The room was very clean and spacious and exactly as described. The only issue we had was the dishwasher not cleaning the dishes very well so we just hand washed everything. But overall had a great stay! Definitely will return again.

Reviewer Comments: Curb appeal on the outside bldg could be better but inside it was very nuce, clean, had tons of room for all of us and we weren't on top of each other. A 5 min walk to a private beach area. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. Will rent here again!
