Very Clean and Great Location

the home was very nice, don't judge the exterior's peeling paint because the inside was enough of what I needed. It's an older home but it's very clean and comfortable. I loved the location, as I could walk to HyVee for morning coffee or snacks/food if you need. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future when I visit my K State student

Great for one person

The house was clean and the perfect size for one-- maybe two--people (very small bathroom and small bedroom) The location is great. The kitchen is acceptable--though I couldn't find a sharp knife (hard to cut that breakfast avocado) but there was a potato peeler and masher...hmmm. Overall though, this is great stay if you need to be in Manhattan for a short time.

Great little house

We stayed A couple of days while we helped move our son into KSU. Nancy was great, the house was clean, and the bed was comfy. It is located close to shopping and dining, we walked to the shopping center and farmers market. We will most definitely stay here again
