Oiza Beach Classic, Seafront is a fantastic apartment on the longest beach of Mallorca (10 km) of fine white sand and clear turquoise waters. The apartment complex is housed in the White City by the famous architect Saenz de Oiza.



So Oiza Beach Classic, Seafront adds the privilege of enjoying a house designed by the most influential Spanish architect of the second half of the twentieth Century and the most spectacular beach north of the island.



The magnificent apartment Oiza Beach Classic was completely refurbished 2016. It has parket floor with a complete fitted kitchen with breakfast area, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and one comfortable bedrooms with a double bed. A family bathroom with bath and shower and a fantastic terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful sunset of the Mediterranean.



The apartment is at the first floor (not ground floor) and it is located in the best area of Puerto Alcúdia with all the services for the best leisure at your disposal.

Nice apartment....located on a lovely spot on the beach. Well equipped and clean. only let down was that we were told the pool would be opened until Nov 01st when it and adjoining facilities actually closed on 28th Oct. and 2. the apartment lacks Mirrors!

Lovely apartment on the beach

Apartment is located in a good place, great views of the beach from the living room and terrace. That part of town is still suffering from the effects of the COVID lockdown so there is not a lot open. But the port of Alcudia and Old Town Alcudia are a fast 8-10 minute drive away and more is open in that area. Other places like Pollensa are also close with more to see and do. Wineries are close and most are open and are absolutely fabulous!!! If you like a very firm bed, the master bedroom is gonna be your jam. Apartment is equipped well. I would suggest more than one towel per person staying, it would’ve been nice. Also, super trivial, but one full length mirror would be very helpful too. Only mirror in the entire apartment is in the bathroom so it’s difficult to get ready for going out when someone else is using the bathroom. We managed just fine the two of us but I could see this being more difficult with more people. Loved that there was a washing machine in the apartment- super helpful. All of our interactions over the phone with the property manager were great- very nice and helpful people!!!

Apartamento moderno y muy nuevo en primera línea de playa

Las vistas son geniales. El apartamento está en primera línea de una playa fantástica. Está totalmente equipado y todo funcionando. A destacar la limpieza de vajilla, cubertería y menaje de cocina. El baño es amplío y moderno, se nota que lleva poco tiempo reformado. La ducha es muy amplia y cómoda, se pueden duchar dos personas a la vez sin problemas. El calentador de agua tiene un depósito lo suficientemente grande como para ducharse 4 personas. Dispone de lavavajillas que es básico y no siempre lo encuentras en un apartamento. Habría que cambiar las cestas del lavavajillas, se han deteriorado por el uso y supongo que por el agua de la zona.

Modern eingerichtetes Apartment in guter Strandlage

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer älteren Anlage in direkter Strandlage. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Anlage ist mit dem Hotel nebenan verbunden und die Poole und Freizeitmöglichkeiten können mit benutzt werden. Das Apartment ist vor ein paar Jahren renoviert worden und ist modern eingerichtet. Es beinhaltet 2 Schlafzimmer (je 2 Betten), Bad mit Dusche und ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer. Die Küche ist neuwertig. Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, leider sind einige Mieter mit der Reinigung scheinbar überfordert. Ein Balkon mit Markise kann ebenfalls genutzt werden. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub in Alcudia und die Wohnung ist empfehlenswert.

ottima sistemazione ad Porto Alcudia

l'abitazione è molto confortevole, vista mare, camere fresche, ampia zona giorno, terrazzino fruibile per pasti all'aperto. la spiaggia è aldilà della strada, inoltre l'accesso alle piscine e servizi dell'ibèrostar rendono questa sistemazione perfetta per le famiglie. vivamente consigliata
