The villa is your luxury home away from home. It comprises of 3 bedrooms each with its own balcony and has A/C and fan. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, there is a family bathroom on the first floor and separate shower, toilet and hand wash basin on the ground floor. Fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances, hob and oven, microwave oven, dish washer, watching machine, large 2 door fridge freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board..

Leather sofa and sofa bed sit 10 people, dining table sits 8 people. Large terrace off the kitchen for alfresco dining. Seperate sitting area with DVD player for children. Big terrace in front of the villa. Large roof top terrace with lounger chairs for relaxation.

Paved driveway and large well maintained garden with remote controlled electric gate for added security. Cars can be parked securely on the driveway.

Safe deposit box for valuables and laptop.

A baby cot can be placed in any of the bedrooms. A baby bath and high chair is also available.

The villa and garden are maintained to a very high standard.

The villa is suitable for families with children of all ages, group of friends, older people on extended break looking to get away from cold winters. It is also suitable for people with restricted mobility as there is a double sofa bed in the sitting area and a walk in shower room and toilet on the ground floor.

The villa is a mere 5 minutes walk or 150 meters from Flic en Flac beach. The latter is one of the longest, pristine beach on the island with white sand and crystal clear turquoise water. The beach is frequented by the locals and tourists alike and has a number of restaurants, bars, fast food stalls, shops, supermarket, bank, money exchange, dive centres, tours operators, pharmacies, clinics, police station and bus stop.

The rest of the island is well served by a regular bus service. Hence a car is not necessary.

Being on the west coast, Flic en Flac is the perfect place to stroll down the beach or sit down at one of the bars and watch a most spectacular tropical sunset.

Great stay at Fayruz villa

The villa is very spacious, lots of room on the ground floor with large sofas, sofa bed, large dining table with 8 chairs, full kitchen and an American fridge freezer. There is a fan in the lounge area but the ground floor would have benefitted with air conditioning. The first floor has a large master bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite. The shower is low pressure as is in all the rooms, the hot water takes a while to come through as with all the showers in the villa. The other 2,bedrooms have 2 beds in each with air conditioning. Separate bathroom and shower. There is a top floor sundeck but this had no sunbeds so we couldn't use it and had broken satellite dish and other stuff which needs to be cleared as this could be so much better. There is an outdoor pool which is great to cool off in. We stayed for 2 weeks, there was no cleaner or maid service which was very unusual. We cleaned the sofas in between the cushions as they had lot of crumbs and other stuff in there. Overall the villa is really nice and the location is great, shops and restaurants and the beach are a short walk away. Reza and Ashlam were brilliant, very helpful and friendly, thanks for the info and booking taxis and bus info to Port Louis. We will definitely come back here again, thanks for a lovely stay.

Fantastic villa with pool, great location, highly recommend.

Our family of two adults and five children had a wonderful three week stay at Fayruz Villa. The owner, Faroz, replied promptly and helpfully to all our enquiries prior to departure and arranged for us to be picked up from the airport. On arrival at the villa we were met by Faroz's lovely family (her mother and brothers) who showed us around the property and local area, arranged car hire for us and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The villa itself is clean, spacious and well laid out and has everything you require for a relaxing holiday. There are three shower rooms and we successfully used them all simultaneously! The pool is lovely and was particularly enjoyed by our children! The property is very secure having an electric gate and the area is safe and quiet. The beautiful beach at Flic en Flac is a short walk away and the local Spa supermarket is well stocked. There are also many local restaurants as well as food stalls near the beach offering local and western dishes. I highly recommend this villa for a family such as ours or for friends travelling together.

Une adresse à retenir.

Un accueil chaleureux et sympathique, une excellente réactivité, une bonne disponibilité d'Aslam et de Reza. Bref, un service irréprochable. La villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée (du robot cuisine à la pierre à affûter les couteaux sans oublier tout le reste). Flic en Flac est conforme à sa réputation. En résumé : une adresse à retenir pour un séjour confortable et mémorable.

Why they chose this property

The west coast of Mauritius gets very little rain and enjoys year round sunshine.

The villa is in a quiet residential area yet very close to the beach and has all the amenities one would wish to have in a luxury home.

Our guests are looked after members of my family like house guests and not clients.

Our guests are provided with local telephone numbers and they are able to contact a member of the family at any time should they need assistance with or advice about anything.

What makes this property unique

Family run. Our guests are always welcomed by a member of the family upon arrival, usually my mother and are given a "granny welcome " , are shown around the villa and are given a short orientation tour of the area, in particular the beach, shops and supermarket. They are always looked after by a member of the family from their arrival to their departure. They are provided with 2 local telephone numbers and a member of the family is always available, day or night to answer any query or try to assist with any difficulty that may arise. Our guests also have the use of a landline phone and this has proven invaluable to our guests.
