GREAT FAMILY friendly getaway on 33 acres close to the beach

Located on 33 oceanfront acres and about a short walk to 700 feet of white sandy beachfront and crystal blue water directly on the Atlantic to the beach. Our condo comes fully furnished with beautiful décor and furnishings, high speed Internet, and kitchen, having everything you need for complete meal preparation. Guests are able to enjoy beautiful park views and make use of the tennis courts, pools, a southern garden and gazebo, and the Five Seasons Center. The Five Season's Center features an indoor/outdoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, putting green, playground area, picnic and grilling areas, laundry facilities, and lots more. There is a playground, basketball court, shuffleboard, bocce ball court, picnic and grilling areas which are located behind the Ocean Spa resort building offering fun for everyone. The water park with its lazy river, wet deck, the largest oceanfront swimming pool in the area and hot tub at Sea Breeze (Building A) are available for all guests to use. In addition 24 hour security is provided. Wifi and cable included. Parking fee paid upon arrival.

Great stay area!

This is a very nice private & safe area to stay! Nice condo layout with 2 separate bed and bathroom areas with living room and kitchen in middle. So many things to do staying in that Myrtle Beach Resort area! And if you don't want to walk to all the great things in the area, a quick drive around has many easy parking spots all around to get to beach, pools and eating areas. And I love tennis, and the beautiful courts are right behind the balcony. Don't forget your racquets! 🎾🎾🤩 There are many closeby restaurant & grocery areas outside the Resort area too. And the busy area in the North end of Myrtle Beach is less than 15 minutes straight down that main highway. And if you have any questions, Kathy is very helpful! Thank you Kathy!😊

Okay but once is enough

Initially I emailed to request a bottom level as my mom is 70 and has trouble with stairs. We didn't get a response until after we paid in full. The unit was on the second floor. When checking in the rep. could have been clearer on how to get to the unit. We figured it out. The parking is limited which meant more walking for my mom. After finally getting into the unit it was okay. The toilets has flushing issues. But overall it was okay. I wouldn't stay there again though.

I did not receive a email about the stair issue. I would have let you know it is on the second floor. We have maintenance that would fix any issue that we are told about.

Needs Cleaning & Exterminating

This unit needs to be thoroughly cleaned and fumigated. Our stay was extremely uncomfortable, and we couldn't unpack and relax because of roaches. They were in the bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. The owner was notified (including pics) and she immediately responded, stating that no one else has mentioned roaches, but at the same time, spoke as if they're to be expected because of the hot weather. She did call maintenance to have them spray, but fully exterminating roaches is not an overnight thing; ridding them requires strong chemicals and time. The unit also had visible dust, blown from the vent, on the bedroom wall. Scuff marks are also on the bedroom walls. I needed the pizza pan (the only cookware item I used) and when I took it from the cabinet there were crumbs on it from the last use, so someone used it and put it away without washing it. The situation is unfortunate because every renter will have the same bad experience until this place is cleaned from top to bottom and fumigated with commercial strength chemicals, not Ortho Home Defense. Neighboring units need to be fumigated as well since the source is unknown. I took pics, but don't see where I can upload them.

We do have the entire place sprayed on a monthly basis. There were a full set of pans including a pizza pan. I was unaware there was anything missing.

Great Getaway

This is a great two-bedroom condo on a property with lots of amenities. Super close to tennis courts and indoor/outdoor pool. It's a short walk to the beach, other pools as well as food options. It was great to just get a pizza to go and walk back to the condo or have a fish dinner at the on-site restaurant. Prices were very reasonable. A full kitchen back at the condo made home-cooked meals a nice option as well (with a grocery store very close by). We had a slight hang up with the Wi-Fi the first night but it turned out to be an easy fix with a call to the customer service the next morning. We have lots of places we want to visit but if we return to Myrtle Beach we would definitely return here.
