The house is gorgeous. Well-appointed, super clean, efficient, and comfortable. The views are terrific and the location is very convenient both to the slopes at Deer Valley and to Park City amenities. The host is very responsive, reasonable and forthcoming without being intrusive at all.

Fantastic place!

Super clean, spacious and comfortable - highly recommend this townhouse. Its well stocked and a great location. Minutes from DV base lodge, easy walk to The Lodges for dinner, short Uber to Main Street PC. Susie is wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Great place!!

Great Stay Near Deer Valley

Great, clean townhouse. Very close to Park City bus stop and easy access to Deer Valley. The beds are very comfortable, and make it difficult to get up for first tracks.

Beautiful location! Met all of our expectations.

The description of the property was perfect. Very clean, updated furnishings and beautiful views. The location is very close to Deer Valley and Main Street. We rented a car but if you didn’t want one, transportation is easy to walk to down the street. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful place, very convenient to DV and PC

The home was full of character but immaculately maintained, modern, and clean. Views are gorgeous. It's only an easy walk to the main lodge at Deer Valley, but we found driving even more convenient given DV's friendly parking rules. Walkable or a short drive/bus to downtown Park City as well. Location was just about perfect as a base. Comfortable beds and the host was very responsive and thorough. Fabulous stay.

Perfect Deer Valley Retreat! Great for two couples!

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse! The location is perfect with super close proximity to Deer Valley Mountain and Main St. My fiancé and I traveled with another couple, so this house was perfect for us with it’s two bedrooms, both with king beds, and private baths with double sinks. It was also nice to have a garage for our rental car. Seamless check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo in Deer Valley

Four of us had a wonderful time at this property. It was spotlessly clean, had most of what we needed in the kitchen (a larger pan for cooking breakfast would have been a plus), was perfectly located within 2 minutes walk of the shuttle to Deer Valley resort, which was just another 2 minutes up the road, was quiet and the beds were fabulously comfortable. You'll love it.

Excellent accommodations

Property was just as described and had everything we needed. Plenty of consumables (toilet paper, trash bags, etc) which was very nice. Everything was clean and seemed well maintained. Susan was always very responsive to all of my questions. Would definitely recommend.

What a gorgeous spot.

I've stayed in DV many times and never even knew this existed. it was so close to the Snow Park Lodge, DV Cafe, and only a 5 minute drive or bus ride to the main street of Park City. The bus shuttle stop was right around the corner, and we found it very easy to use. Inside was everything that the pictures promised and property manager was so easy to work with. We will be back!

What a find!

Very convenient location, right off the Deer Valley loop. It only took us a few minutes to get anywhere. Using the shuttle bus was great, as it was free, quick, and ran frequently. Condo was stunning, really felt privileged to be there. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful Stay in Park City – Perfect for Deer Valley Access!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—just minutes from Deer Valley with easy access to shuttles and buses, making getting to the slope and town a breeze. The condo was well designed with thoughtful touches throughout, and it was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had plenty of space to relax after skiing. And we loved seeing all the wildlife wander by the back patio door. Having garage access was a plus, especially for our over-sized rental. Overall, this was a wonderful home-away-from-home in Park City, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Ideal Deer Valley Townhouse

Townhouse was fantastic. The location was perfect. Situated within walking distance of base of mountain and shuttle bus. Property was clean and cosy. Nice amenities all set for weekend. Nice to walk in and unpack and immediately be able to unwind and relax. Loved the layout. Bedrooms upstairs and general living area and kitchen down stairs.. The bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths nicely decorated and welcoming. Loved this place !

Great Property

This was a property that is very accurately listed & all we expected. Susie responded to our request for a light bulb the next morning. The cupboards were stocked with the basics, coffee & filters, seasonings, etc.

Deer Valley Gem

We absolutely loved our stay in this townhome. It was close enough to get to everything we needed through Uber in a few minutes. It’s so close to Deer Valley for skiing and not far from Park City. The beds were comfy. The bathrooms were plenty large, nice, and clean. The stunner of the entire property is the view out of the living room! It’s so peaceful!! I fell asleep on the couch looking at the view of lit up Christmas trees and snow with a fire going in the fire place. (Which was super easy… push of a button.) I also enjoyed the stained glass window in the bedroom and the door that opened to the little balcony. It’s so cozy! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Susie was a great host. Checkout was easy. And she was kind enough to work with us arriving early and having nowhere for our bags. The absolute only con would be that there’s not any shades at all on the windows in the living room, so none of my children felt comfortable sleeping down there. I fell asleep down there and felt a bit unsettled myself without a curtain or shade. So maybe something to consider when counting beds at this property. Other than that, we loved it!

Enjoyed our stay overall

We really enjoyed this cute condo for the price. It has 2 1/2 baths and the fireplace is easy to use and so nice to come home to. The Kitchen was well stocked, the sheets were soft, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels for a 5 days stay. Also they were nice to split the payment in 2 as a special request. I would advise to bring house slippers because the floors downstairs and they stairs are stone tiles. They have nice rugs covering them so you don’t notice them. The people we booked with were helpful and gave lots of nice tips. No one really greeted us at the property and the person who eventually came to the house was not familiar with the house at all and did not even know where the thermostat was. I suggest they have a real meet and greet to show the home. The check in is a little late 4:00pm and 10:00am check out! We were aware of this but when asked for a later check out was denied. Which is fine except we got a long list of chores we had to do before we left so we needed to get up earlier to be sure to do them. We are in travel industry and we like our clients to enjoy every minute of their time. This left a bad taste in an otherwise nice experience. A list of chores on top of the hefty cleaning fee, just makes me cringe. I used to rent my house in Vermont and I never asked clients to do anything, I was there to serve.

I make it a policy not to greet people, generally everyone is very happy with that, but I appreciate it might have been nice to say hi. I'm sorry that Jaime, who was helping me in the holiday, didn't seem to know her way around the place, but I think she easily located the thermostat when you asked! As for the check-out list, sorry again you felt it was intrusive. I really only ask you to set the dishwasher going and take the trash out to make sure I don't get the odd terrible guest who leaves the place in total chaos. I can remove that request if it grates unnecessarily, it is not my intention! Finally, sorry I couldn't let you check out later, but we had someone coming in straight after, who had requested early check in in advance! I simply cannot please everyone as I am sure you are aware from being in the business. I do however take your comments seriously and will try to be more accommodating and available in the future.
