This property is located in the heart of the vineyards of Cahors in the Lot Valley, on the meanders of the river between Puy-L'Evèque and Cahors. It is an old house of the nineteenth century, fully restored, consisting of two buildings and surrounded by a park of one hectare.

The house consists of two buildings:
• one, on one level, easy access, includes independent fitted kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace, bedroom (2 pers.), Bathroom with spa bath, wc.
• the other, on the ground floor offers 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, kitchenette and dining area; on the floor 2 rooms with room of water and toilet.

An outdoor terrace and a terrace sheltered by a playground just a few meters from the pool allow you to take meals or simply rest.

The swimming pool (13 x 6 m) equipped with a bar area, open on the pool, offers moments of relaxation and games for children and adults.
