Great location, nice space in Vieux Nice

My family enjoyed our stay here - communication with the management company and the check-in process were easy and the apartment was as described. We loved the location, especially the proximity to the Promenade du Paillon. Our only complaints were a less than clean shower and very thin walls/doors which made for some noise. Overall a great stay in Nice!

Wonderful Stay!

Dealing with the BNB team was easy and reassuring as they were professional and responsive. The place was bright and nicely decorated as per the photo, was centrally located, and had all the basic amenities thoughtfully provided. Nothing.

Good value for money, great location!

Great location. Nicely furnished and equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. Needs some refreshment (especially bathroom - the smell is bad). Better welcome package would be nice eg. more cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo), salt, pepper, tea, olive oil would be fantastic.

Great Stay

Spent a great 10 days in Nice. Apartment lovely and it's location is superb. Right next to tram stop and on the outskirts of Old Town. Restaurants galore at your finger tips and 10 minute stroll to the beach. 5th floor location gives a great view, but you need to be fit to climb the stairs! Not much you can do about it though.

Bel appartement très bien situé dans la vieille ville

Bémol : vraiment peu de vaisselle. Un four mais pas de plat!!! ( Seulement un plat à cake. Autrement dit on ne met rien dedans.) Si l'on choisit un appart équipé d'une cuisine avec plaque , four traditionnel et micro onde c'est pour pouvoir cuisiner un minimum tout de même ! + Mauvaise évacuation du lavabo et douche ...bof! ( Se laver les dents dans la cuisine, pas top!) Sinon, l'appartement en lui même est joliment décoré, lumineux et aussi très bien situé.
