The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk from this home. There is a private, gated beach access for guests of the neighborhood. The neighborhood also offers a shared pool, tennis and beach volleyball court. Enjoy dining on local seafood and other menu items at any of the restaurants nearby and many are even beachfront. Shop for that perfect beach souvenir at one of the local beach stores or head over to the Silver Sands Outlet Mall.

Perfect location and better than advertised.

The only not perfect about our stay was the weather. Perfect location and property. Would love to book this place every year.

Perfect getaway!

We loved everything about this property! We stayed with our 2 kids (age 1 and 4) and the set up was perfect. The house is equipped with so many things…tons of kitchen items, pool and beach toys, coolers to name a few. It was great to have the pool at our fingertips for the kids and that is where they wanted to spend most of their time. The house is within walking distance to numerous beaches and places to eat. We were supposed to have access to a private beach but we couldn’t get the code to work despite contacting Vacasa staff numerous times so we were thankful there were other public beaches nearby. Overall this place was amazing and just what we were looking for. It was our home away from home and we will definitely stay again if we head back to Destin!

Very hard beds

Beds are all hard as rock and uncomfortable. The outside patio cushions need replaced you cannot sit comfortably on them. Broken chair on the pool deck with the pieces laying there. Screen off master bedroom window. The exhaust fan in the master bath was burning.

Great stay

House was lovely and well kept. Only complaint was it needs a new outside grill. It was in sad shape and was falling apart. Only cooked once on it and had to repeatedly fix it.
